I almost posted a review about a month ago when I watched a young employee dash from the building in tears after being berated by an older employee for the crime of doing what her manager told her instead of what this older employee wanted, but I decided to mind my own business. Then I watched the same young employee being yelled at again, by the same older woman, a few days ago and I decided I needed to leave a review. Not only is the behavior of this older employee (I think I heard someone call her Caitlin) completely unprofessional, but it's abusive. All of the young staff I've interacted with at this location have been fantastic. This older woman, in addition to being horrible to the younger staff, doesn't seem to know what she's doing at all. Whoever is in charge there needs to take a hard look at who they're employing and decide what kind of environment they are looking to create because this woman seems toxic and at this point if I see her behind the counter when I walk in I'll be going elsewhere.

Stood in line inside for 15 mins we came up to next in line and they said they was closing the front and to use the drive thru ridicules …. Manager said to deal with it
Staff is very rude and wait time at the drive through (just to be acknowledged when I pull up) is painfully long.

Worst dunks in New England hands down. Very nice service burnt food under cooked food. Customer service is long with two cars in the window and one register customer. Like watching a monkey hump a football. I only stop here after a 16hr shift because the town has one 3miles the other direction. Or just go to gardner... anything else near me is always the opposite direction of my route. So in a pinch swallow it and taste it later.

the staff here is amazing, the drinks are impeccable, and the donuts and muffins are always delicious! however the man who took my order today seemed a little off... he was wearing a hat and had a fuzzy aura to him. oh, and the manager saved me from an elf attack in the parking lot. overall, everything is amazing! keep up the great work <3
