I'm happy this place is tucked away, because it's such a gem and I don't want it to get any busier than it already is! Great food selection, awesome beers on tap, and there is always something going on weekly, like trivia and music. This place is a weekly spot for us and I highly recommend it!Parking: There's a big lot to park in, and street parking if needed.

The tavern on central has a great open floor plan and a cozy vibe to it. The food was delicious, if you’re looking for a great burger, the California is where it’s at. If you want to level up, the steak tip anything will get you there (seriously some of the best in Mass).Lastly, the service is on point. Special thanks to Bailey for making last nights dinner extra special! We’ll definitely be back!

We stopped in over Labor Day weekend. My first visit here but my girl has been many times and loves the BBQ Chicken Flatbread. The special menu had great choices including a spicy bacon deviled egg appetizer which we ordered. Delicious! They were out of Prime Rib but it was almost 8pm so can't be too disappointed about that, right? I ordered the teriyaki steak bites w/mashed potatoes & green beans and my little woman got the Flatbread as usual! :)Excellent meals! Facilities were clean, service was attentive and not overbearing. A live band was playing which sounded really good but also kind of loud because of the restaurants open floor plan. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area.

Beer was good but service was not. Processed gas station cheese on the potato skins that tasted rancid and slid right off. It had been good in the past.

Super friendly staff. Awesome tacos! My wife and drive here at least once a week to either dine in or take out. Definitely recommend giving this spot a chance, you won't regret it.

Just moved to town, and went to Tavern on the first night; Nice clean bar, friendly staff, live music was starting up which happens every week. We order Teriyaki Steak, Cobb Salad, and Garlic Chicken flat bread. App was very good, large chunks of steak tip, not the dried out strips on a stick. When the 2 meals came out we couldn't believe how big they were. Bartender went above and beyond to scrape up all the ingredients to make a fresh batch of blood mary mix. We left satisfied with left overs for lunch the next day. Looking forward to regular visits here.
