2 Mauro’s Cafe in Framingham, MA is a popular local breakfast and brunch spot near Natick that clearly has a strong following among locals.
We visited on a Saturday morning and the restaurant was completely full, with families and regulars enjoying brunch. Even though it was busy, the servers were incredibly friendly and attentive and made sure we were well taken care of.
For food, we tried the avocado toast on sourdough topped with burrata, which was easily the highlight. The sourdough bread was perfectly toasted, the avocado was fresh, and the burrata added a rich and creamy texture that made the dish stand out. It also came with a side of fresh fruits, which were sweet and refreshing.
We also ordered the grilled cheese with sweet potato fries, and the sandwich was truly loaded with cheese and very satisfying. The sweet potato fries were crispy and paired well with the sandwich.
For drinks we had coffee with almond milk, which was smooth and a great way to start the morning.
One thing we really appreciated was that the menu has good vegetarian options, which makes it easier for vegetarians to enjoy a full breakfast here.
Between the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the friendly service, it’s easy to see why 2 Mauro’s Cafe is a local favorite breakfast spot in the Framingham/Natick area.

We love 2Mauro's! Great little breakfast and lunch place. The food is always good and they have the best coffee in Ashland. New breakfast specials weekly and a creative menu with large portions. Definitely worth a stop!

Excellent food and service. I had the steak breakfast ($24) and steak was flavorful and toasted potatoes were great as well. Added Holondais Sauce (+$2.79) for my two poached eggs and it was great with the sourdough bread. Had Falvoured coffee ($4.49) and it was excellent All in all great breakfast. Bit pricy. But satisfactory.

We have ordered from here before. But never went in to dine in. The last time we ordered a pickup, they accepted an order through the Uber Eats app. But when we went to the store for pickup, the staff refused to open the door, waved us off and left us standing in the cold. And after a minute went inside the kitchen without bothering to check on us. This happened with a few other people who came for pickup as well. Extremely rude behavior from the staff. Would never go back here again.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! First, the staff is fantastic! So friendly and fast. The food is SO GOOD that the place is always packed but the staff is still on it. Highly recommend.

Very nice place! Crowded all the time a Pilar for the Ashland community. Vegetarian have a lot choices marked down in a specific column and easy to find.
Flies, poor service, dirty plates, subpar food, high prices. Baffled as to how people can enjoy this restaurant.

You call this an eggs benedict? This is not a poached egg and there was almost no hollandaise sauce. Also asked for the spicy fried home fries and they gave me regular potatoes… I’ve given up on this place. Overpriced just for them to give you the wrong food.
