Called over the phone 4 times, phone was out on top of the counter, just to try to ok lacr an order. I had to walk there I called back right before I opened the door she did the same phone girl, come to find out she was just avoiding to get my food. I asked why she didn't pick up nor was willing to take my order? She couldn't answer me. I also had to wait more than 45 minutes for a ridiculous BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA. Meanwhile I had people waiting on me to eat. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! 🎪🤡

I visited this pizza shop recently with my young sister, and I was very disappointed by the staff’s behavior. Several employees stared at my daughter’s chest and made comments to each other while continuing to look at her. This was extremely uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training to ensure customers are treated with respect.

I had such a great experience with Ashland Pizza Palace! This pizza was pepperoni with green peppers and black olives. Absolutely delicious, loaded with fresh toppings, generous amounts of cheese, and a perfect balance of flavors. Every bite felt like it was made with love. Truly one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend Ashland Pizza Palace if you’re looking for quality, flavor, and care in every slice!

NEVER ordered from here. Although I've ordered a few times, the food usually takes over an hour and a half to deliver. Don't bother speaking to anyone at the store; they brush you off and say it's on the way. If you can't deliver on time, allow DoorDash to have drivers get it.

This was my first time trying Ashland Pizza Palace, and I was really impressed. The quality of the food was excellent, but what stood out even more was the professionalism of the staff. Even though they mentioned they were short-staffed, the team handled the rush with such efficiency and positivity. The line was out the door, yet they stayed organized, courteous, and made sure everyone was taken care of. It’s not easy to deliver great service under that kind of pressure, but they did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back!
