I ordered multiple cupcakes and a 5 inch birthday cake for a kids birthday party with frosting done in rainbow colors. The colors were exactly what i had requested. Cakes were delicious and everyone loved it. Placing the order and pick up was seamless. I was very pleased with the service and will be ordering from Dulce D Leche again.

We live overseas and called them to order a cake to be delivered to a family member (through doordash) and got wrong items instead. When we requested a refund, we were told to get it from Doordash because it takes them a week to get their money back from Doordash. We offered to wait for a week so they didn’t have to be out of pocket. Today we receive this very rude email saying that they we were “harassing” them and being “ungrateful” and we should pay them 50$ for the “trouble” we are causing them. They’ve refused to give a refund and asked us to collect the cake ourselves if we wanted to. Shocked by their rudeness - we’ve finally asked them to keep the refund and their cake. Never had such an awful customer experience. It’s much less about not getting the birthday cake on time - more the terrible attitude and arrogance toward their customers.

I just got two loaves of bread (yes, BREAD) at Dulce D'Leche. The cherry pecan loaf was to die for. The olive loaf is a wonderful savory. I can't wait to try some of their other bread offerings.
In addition, their pastries and sweets are wonderful (I've been getting them for years) and the take-home meals from the freezer are awesome too.
Basically, everything they sell there is incredibly delicious.

Good: Gelato, seating area, small fruit pies. Below average: Cakes. Ordered two and both were okay but dry. I'd explore one from a supermarket next time. Haven't tried: Ready to bake stuff or sandwiches.

Honestly the place have a lot of choices between cookies, cake, chocolate and ice cream. Unfortunately the girl that was serving us was a bit rude and had a really bad attitude, like she was doing me a favor. My daughter liked the ice cream I felt it was way too sweet and Honestly old.

Not sure why this place has good reviews. We visited saturday to buy a cake and the girl atbthe Ounter will not come out to help us and was barely talking. The cakes we bought were bas3d in reviews. They are definitely overpriced for how they taste. No boxes. Look and taste like supermarket stuff. I will never go again.
The girl baking and attending the register seems very disinterested to be working at this bakery and it was very evident in her attitude towards us. Or may be that's how they treat people that don't look like them. The bakery was large but was super empty on a weekend and I don't see many people visiting or coming back given the pathetic customer service they provide.

Ordered what I thought was going to be a straightforward pecan pie for thanksgiving, and it had the strongest orange liquor taste. We really didn't enjoy it and did not appreciate the unexpected flavor, especially at the price point of their pies.

Let me tell u, Dulce D Leche has in my opinion the BEST gelato and handcrafted, high quality chocolates of anywhere in Mass! No need to drive to North End or Fly to Italy...according to my family and i-whom are of Italian descent. Owner Jules is a genius in the kitchen,bakeshop, and as a professional chocolatier!! Jules' heart is in the business 200%!! He also offers sandwiches, dinner items,drinks and an array of desserts! Specialty is also cakes for parties, gatherings, etc. Be sure to visit BOTH Ashland & Framingham locations. Lets support this local Metrowest business!! I love it alot, this quality, well run establishment is a rarity these days!! Enjoy.
