First time customers, all 9 of us. Despite having a large party, our waitress, Ruth, took excellent care of us. As did the kitchen. We ordered cocktails, wine, appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts- a wide sampling of the menu. Everyone raved about their food, that is was quiet so we could hear each other, that the service was quick and accurate, and that the portions were huge. All got to enjoy their meals a second time (Ruth wrapped our leftovers for each of us). We all agreed that we will be back.

Just picked up my take out of a pizza, fish sandwich and fries it did not disappoint! The bartender couldn’t have been friendlier than another woman came over to ask how my day was and she introduced herself and it was Erica. Talk about customer service. I have always loved this place when I eat in but did takeout today and was just as impressed with that too. Amazing food and friendly staff.

We absolutely love Erica's, eating in the bar area since it's so warm and cozy. We have never had anything but a delicious dinner with terrific service...shout out to Mike. The chopped salad has the freshest taste with it's wonderful homemade dressing, apple pear, and goat cheese! The Chicken Piccatta is my favoritewith to die for mashed potatoes and freshly picked steamed bean green beans. My husband often opts for the Chicken Parmigiana or the Orecchiette with sausage and and spinach. They're both out of this world!Every time we leave Erica's we comment on how simply fresh and homemade every entre tastes, something not often found in restaurant chains. The owners take enormous pride in serving their guests top quality ingredients, in a warm friendly atmosphere.

I was so excited to finally try this place after seeing photos of the food, and the menu has some really fun options, but we left so disappointed. The food was not very good. Overall everything was very under-seasoned and lack luster. The calamari app was very boring had no flavor. We also tried the steak crostini but got soggy bread with steak on top. I got the duck breast and all I could taste was the fry oil. Both of our dishes were listed as coming with mashed potatoes but we got roasted potatoes, so that was a bummer. Oh , and can’t forget the steamed green beans on the side with no seasoning or effort. For those prices, I was expecting more. The service was friendly but inattentive and slow; waited almost 20 minutes for a glass of wine. The ambience was off as well… the background “music” was a random talk radio station. I’m not sure we would give it another go… just not worth it for that price range.

We love eating in the bar area. Had terrific service from the cheery bartender, who rightly recommended the gimlet- so good! Great salmon dinner, and beet salad with grilled shrimp. Great spot.

Great consistently good local restaurant. Prices are a little high for the location, but it is a cute little neighborhood restaurant. Food is good, but not amazing and the service is also pretty good.

FOOD//SERVICE//AMBIANCE all very, very good. Honest to goodness fresh home cooked meals that are prepared with attention to detail, significant in portion size and most of all, always super fresh and delicious; we've never had an average meal at Erica's each and every visit has been terrific. Just last Friday when we left the restaurant, my wife and I both commented on the fantastic consistency of taste, freshness, presentation, service and the extraordinary value given the superior quality in their every entrée. Erica's is a home run business, operated by husband and wife owners (Sam & Erica) who take great pride in the quality of guest service and total satisfaction.

Place was just the way I like it. Wasn’t loud. Service was outstanding. Food was excellent. It was our first time there. So I was nervous. But I definitely think I will go back there.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is across the street from the restaurant. But the handicap ramp is sturdy. I walked up and down the ramp due to still recovering from back surgery. And still having trouble climbing the stairs

Best food in Ashland I recommend anything with her homemade marinara on it, her chocolate mousse, and make sure to send your compliments to the chef! She deserves it!

I never write reviews, but Erica’s has been so consistent over the years that I feel compelled. I have family come from out of town often and they always look forward to Erica’s. The service is amazing and the food is delicious. The stacked eggplant is a go to for everyone in my family and is a unique take on the traditional. I also want to mention that they have one of the best kids menus I have ever seen. The last time we got take out we were given the wrong order. The owner was incredibly apologetic and gave us a gift card. This was unnecessary, but wonderful customer service. This place is the real deal, and most importantly the food is scrumptious. Highly recommended!

So tried Erica's en route to a different restaurant and I am happy we diverted. The food was delicious. I got chicken piccata and it was so good but even better was the arancini. Will definitely come back here to eat and the service was excellent and the atmosphere was very cozy. We even got dessert and that was delicious as well. Husband got the lobster ravioli and he loved that
