The food was good. New Owners. Prices are a little high. There are a lot of items on the menu. This Cafe is in Marlborough, not Ashland.

Nice place with extremely friendly staff. Foods a bit pricey and there's not a lot of options. I was kinda disappointed by the lack of breakfast items. But it's a good place to sit, have some food and enjoy a conversation.

Parking: There's a good amount of spots in front of building and also directly across the street there's a parking lot.

I just want to make a direct comparison with 2Mauro's. Coffee is equally bad. Home fries are better. Pancakes are inferior.Sausages are better. Soup is cheaper. Atmosphere: 2Mauro's is better. Sunnysides' is (shall be say) not too sophisticated. Parking options for Sunnyside are more limited. Service is also better than 2Mauro's and it is almost always less crowded. Overall your check will also be smaller. Menu is more limited for Sunnyside. In sum, both places are similar. It all comes down to what you want to eat. If it is for a simple egg breakfast, then Sunnyside is your best bet.
