Dunkin' is a restaurant known for its good coffee and acceptable food. The staff is generally friendly, but some employees give the impression that tipping is expected. A few customers have reported issues with incorrect munchkin counts. Overall, Dunkin' receives positive reviews and is rated 4 stars, with the suggestion that management could improve the entitlement issue among some employees.
