Incredibly rude. Waited 40 minutes for order. Asked twice what was going on. I got up to leave, said nothing , was yelled at by staff as i left. Horrible customer service. Embarrassing behavior by staff.
great food and good waitress's
This morning we ordered breakfast to go, as we have several times from Kellie’s. Unfortunately this morning Kellie has decided to have a right roaring attitude towards the customer because my husband’s meal was not made the way he asked. When I called the diner and explained to them my husband wanted his omelette with meat and cheese only, as he ordered it plain, the person on the phone put me on “hold”. The restaurant also has more than two kinds of eggs Benedict, including the Irish Benedict. The home fries and hash browns are options, but be careful as the hashbrowns are more like potato cakes. The coffee is hot, and the staff makes sure it is full. The restaurant is a great local joint and a solid breakfast spot. Although the restroom is in need of a remodel, the food is reasonably-priced and tasty. The staff goes above and beyond, and the orders are always labeled nicely and hot.
