Ordered a last minute Valentine's Day dinner for two and Piper's did not disappoint! Angela did an amazing job quickly adapting the meal to be vegetarian. To start we had goat cheese stuffed dates which were delicious say the least (normally these would be bacon wrapped as well!) and a caprese salad. Where they found such fresh flavorful tomatoes this time of year is beyond me! For the main course we had roasted feta and spinach stuffed portobello mushrooms, harmoniously...
We thoroughly enjoyed our Valentines Day dinner for two. Plenty of delicious stuffed chicken, creamy risotto, asparagus, and delicious tomato/mozzarella salad. After eating half of it and one chocolate pie, we have enough for another meal! All was seasoned lightly and the flavors melded nicely..
I highly recommend Piper's.
