The lady at the register overcharges me everytime. Same bowl my partner buys, she chargers less. And this is on multiple occasions. I'm not sure if they charge customers base on race. But I'll avoid this location. Rumford and other location are good and better pricing in my opinion

I ordered from DoorDash and on the DoorDash app it clearly states just like in the picture below what is included in the rice bowl. I expected what was included in the rice bowl and added a few add ons to my rice bowl. When my food was delivered i realized what was included in the rice bowl was not given to me. Not only did the woman who answered the phone did not understand me. I spoke with the manager (after asking 3 times to speak to a manager) and he told me i need to take it up with doordash and it is not his problem. In what world does that actually make sense? Do i own a Baja’s food chain restaurant and added DoorDash as one of my delivery services? Or is that the job of a manager to handle situations like this? So i asked for my money back, and this guy hung up the phone in my face. When i tried to call back my phone number was blocked. Don’t worry they will be seeing me today once i get off work. SO I HOPE YOURE READING THIS REVIEW. Make sure you order from bajas in RI… wayyyyyy better customer service for sure!

Got pickup for my wife and kid, go home and find out they forgot the rice and beans on my kids(2yo) taco which was the entire thing basically. So I called asking for a refund on that taco. I was told to come back in with it untouched. I live 15 minutes away. So I told him I’m not driving back there can you just do the refund. He had the nerve to call me a liar and say that his cooks said they put it on. After going back and forth for 5 minutes I asked what would I gain from lying about rice and beans on a single taco. He said “well uhm 2 dollars i guess”. Refused to give me a number to call and hung up. Definitely avoid this bajas. I don’t know who hired this guy but they need to get rid of him fast. To call a customer a liar over a tacos worth of rice and beans is beyond unprofessional and completely disrespectful.

Watch yourself, ive been giving the wrong food multiple times and they tried to triple charge for queso. Never had this issue in the past 4 years of coming here 😡
