So annoying when the lady at the register can’t get your order right and always over charges I asked for the side of fries with the burrito everyone there knew what I was saying they prepared it perfect but the lady over charged and this now being the second time she’s done it to me she starts speaking Spanish telling the guy to make a full order of fries because she messed up so now I’m just at home with way more fries than I want and over paid by a couple of bucks. The food is always fresh, the location is very clean, well decorated and cared for. The staff does a great job preparing your dishes. It's quick and easy unless it gets really busy. They keep things moving quickly if you know what you want. I have not had a bad meal or negative experience at Baja's. I guess this is why they are successful.

The food is good specially the plantains. I went today 10/4/25 and the guy serving the food (2nd in line), buddy, change your face. Specially since we are Latinos giving you business. A nice smile and some patience would great!
