Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s like a regular Chipotle, only WAY more dirty.

The service here is awful. I’ve been to this location a few times. Two of those times my bowl was made by a young guy with dark curly hair. The first time the guy threw my bowl on the counter and was just very rude. The second time he had so much attitude. He asked what I would like I told him white rice and chicken. When he was scooping the rice he asked “anything else” i assumed he heard me say chicken so I said cheese please. He skipped by the chicken and went right to the cheese. So I told him “ Sorry I wanted chicken too”. He looked up at me and gave me the nastiest dirty look ever. When my mom and I were checking out. We ordered two drinks and chips as well. He put the recite in the bag and walked away and starts chit chatting with the people in the back without handing us our bag, drinks, or chips. So I had to reach over the counter and get the bag myself. But we still didn’t have the chips or drink yet. So about a minute goes by and he comes back and throws two cups on the counter and tries to walk away again. Thats when I interrupted him and said “excuse me we didn’t get chips yet either”. He turns around with his head in the air gets the chips puts them on the counter and walks away.
On top of all this every time we come to this location its just dirty with food everywhere.

So dirty. Every table was covered in old food. The staff was doing the bare minimum.

This place is horrible, our food was cheap cold they often have flies in there. I don’t go here anymore after going several times and getting cold bad food.

They're regularly 10+ minutes late with mobile orders, even when they're placed with ample time in advance, but the food is good

The ONLY guy at the counter was fine. Definitely can tell it’s short staffed there .The girl with the green pants at 3:54pm was FaceTiming while cooking the meat and was washing cooking dishes with ONE hand while being on the phone. The front counter guy yelled for brown rice and no acknowledgment. Too busy being on the phone. The manager must be nothing but fun to work with. I wish I could be on my phone while cooking food.

This place lacks so much in customer service. You can tell everyone who works there is miserable, hates their job — maybe even their life. Idk, but it’s unacceptable. My order is always wrong or missing something I paid for, especially online orders!

I went back in today because I ordered two bowls and only received one. They snatched the bag away from me, didn’t say anything, and had the nerve to give me an attitude — looking at me like I’m lying or something. They finally noticed they messed up, put the missing bowl in, and didn’t even say, “Sorry about that.” On top of that they gave me two skimpy bowls!

Like, dont piss me off, put my full serving in the bowl. Like for real what are you saving the other half of the spoon for? The rats in the back? Like, what is going on?! And the guac is ALWAYS BROWN — like why!? They piss me off every time. This was my last and final time going there.

How are y’all RUDE and CHEAP? I’m confused. Neverrrr experienced this at any other location. They all needa go, honey. Lol.

8:45pm visit. No white rice. Brown rice lousy. No steak. Garbage overflowing. The place was a mess.

The place is always dirty, twelve employees, not a soul cleaning.They never have ice.I went in last night and they had no drinks at all.No ice, no water, no soda, every single time I get a bag of crushed or stale chips, about ten pounds of rice and three ounces of everything else not to mention the side of attitude. As well as the severe diarrhea in the morning never again

Did a pre order online picked up the order just the bowl no napkins or spoons or fork. I was traveling out of state and I had to go back inside and wait just to ask a person for fork since the station where they keep the spoon or forks were empty

I ordered double chicken online though the app and when I got home not only was it not double chicken, all the portion sizes were tiny and looked hastily thrown together. I understand the workers get busy and overworked so I tried to resolve by contacting the Chiptole customer and was promptly ignored, never receiving any response. This is ridiculous that a multi billion dollar company cares so little about its workers and its customers. A double chicken bowl is ridiculous enough for 14 dollars but when that’s what the quality looks like that’s totally unacceptable.
