Dude! Unacceptable appearance in this restaurant. Do better. Two stars because Chipotle has solid food. Where is the manager on top of this?

This place is very cheap with the amount of food given for the price. We were in line and saw the server making the dishes give a customers less than a spoon fill of rice ( probably the cheapest thing on the menu). This is a product of how this particular Chipotle works. We proceeded to exit the line as the cost exceeded the purchase. Save your money.

If you travel to America and didn't visit Chipotle, then you have not been to America...no matter where you are from... there's something for everyone...my wife couldn't get enough of the food...

never wrote a bad review but got food poisoning from here never again.

This location isn’t very good. Always out of everything and gives you tiny portions. Drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the Rumford location

Please don't spend money here. Three times in a row I ordered double meat and extra rice in a bowl, and each time they gave me tiny portions. Twice I've gone to pick up an order and it got stolen off the rack, even though it's behind the counter.

I worked in the area for a couple years and always volunteered to go pick up everyone's lunch at the office. I can concur that this place is always a mess when I went in during busy hours but they seem to be really clean behind the counter with food prep....but then again isn't this entire chain known for their famous listeria outbreaks? I hope I'm wrong but don't think so.

The says open at 10:45.You should open at ten forty five!!!!

We walked into this location and the service was immediately disturbing. The food service of the customers ahead of me were unacceptable as we listen to, too many complaints for the bowls to made with correctly. Lastly as we move up to counter, the servers will still talking over the food and servicing child size portions regardless.

The 4 of us walked out for Baja Mexican Restaurant instead. Chipotle has gone down serving child like portions for high prices.

At night it's always a mess. The kid that runs the register with the mustache has his pants falling down. No one wants to see your sponge Bob boxers. The other kid working has music blaring in his headphones so he can't hear customers or his team members. Needs a overhaul on the night team!

I’ve never left a review at any location but this particular chipotle is one of the dirtiest and least functional I have ever been in. Never order online, you’ll get a half full bowl of food, drink machines and surrounding area were disgusting and overall just an incredibly poor experience. There are other options for food nearby thankfully.

Went to have lunch. Place was a mess!! Tables were dirty, rubbish over flowing. 2 of the fountain drinks were empty and where the straws and plastic ware was dirty. People that work there very loud laughing music playing seemed like a party. Asked the girl for salsa 3 times had no idea what it was. They should have been cleaning tables and emptying rubbish!! Not clean at all!! Will never go there again. Was told the one in east providence is better.

Order is wrong 77% of the time :(
