After months of wanting to go to Chub's, I finally had lunch there today. My only regret is not going sooner.
The staff were very attentive and kind. Even though it's counter service, they checked in with us multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything.
I ordered the brisket dinner with mac & cheese and potato salad, it was phenomenal. The brisket was so tender, it was falling off my fork. It tasted out of this world and is some of the best brisket I've ever had!
I also loved that they have a gift shop corner highlighting different local artisans. It's obvious they take pride in being part of the local community and are raising up others by sharing their success. Being able to shop local and invest into our community is very important to me.
I look forward to many more years of being a Chub's customer!

I’m a southern transplant to Worcester and have had a hard time finding great barbecue in the area. Until I found Chubs!! Great food, great service, and friendly staff. This is as close as I’ll get to Gainesville in the snow.

I passed by Chubs BBQ every day for 2 years but this time I went in & I tell you I wasn't disappointed. The energy from the customers & the staff makes you feel like you are family. I ordered the Chubs Sampler, a side rack of ribs & steak, and cheese egg rolls. Everything hit, tenderness, flavor & love. I couldn't stop dancing after every bite. I recommend Chubs BBQ & I will definitely be back to try more of the delicious food they have to offer since I live right down the street lol

Hands down best BBQ I've ever had. This brisket is phenomenal! The baked beans taste like candy, typically I don't even like beans 😆 potato salad is perfect. Pork belly is amazing! Service is always spot on and super friendly! Great staff, great owners!

I took my Dad here today for his 79th birthday: noonish lunchtime. Wow, nice spot. Cute local shop with outdoor seating. My Mom joined us. They had sandwhiches: smoked turkey and Chipotle chicken both with beans. All good, they loved it. I ordered some bone-in wings for table. Solid, mild Buffalo with blue cheese. I order two meats. Brisket and Pulled Pork. Very nicely done, I liked how they cubed the Brisket with some burnt ends. Pork excellent as well. The sauces were outstanding. I got beans and slaw. All great. Must say, the service was with a smile and prompt. This is a really solid local joint, will return.
