It was a happy accident that I stumbled upon this place driving by. Glad I stopped in. Got the two meat plate, brisket and pulled pork, fries and baked beans for sides. Meat was very tender and had good flavor. Not sure why they gave me a knife for utensils because I didn't need it! Brisket is cut into chunks rather than strips with some burnt ends left in, just like I like it. The rib juice and sweet heat sauces were pretty tasty too. Will have to make a stop in again!
The best way to judge a bbq joint, is their brisket. Chubbs is on point with theirs,
It was so very tender, with that red smoke ring you want to see. Had lunch there, brought a 1/2 rack of ribs home for dinner.

Was looking forward to trying this place out as they are not open all the time. Greeted by friendly staff and tried out the Triple Decker Cheeseburger Club and Bacon Double Cheeseburger. The Triple Decker Club was a fun sandwich and both tasted pretty good. This is a BBQ spot but I was there to try out how their burgers so I can't speak for their meats.
