Went to this Chuck E. Cheese for a 6 yr old birthday party. Pizza was good. Kids loved the Dots ice cream. Kids loved playing the games. Whoever was in the Chuck E. Cheese costume was really boring and unanimated.

I recently attended my nephew's 6th birthday party at this location and it was fabulous!! Very reasonably priced, nicely set up and the kids all had a wonderful time playing games. The icing on the (birthday) cake though was Neveah at the prize selection counter -- she was so lovely to all the children, showing them their choices and giving them suggestions all with the patience of a saint.

The kids love Chuck E. Cheese! No more ball pit, and some of the games were outdated.

Do not bring your young children to the trampoline zone!! It’s supposed to be a nice, safe, environment for little children to jump around, no older children, most of all SAFE. My 2 year old son fell, broke his leg, and after he had the fall, an around 8 year old child(I thought this area was designated for younger children) who was probably about 60 pounds more than him falls right on top of him hard. There are around 30 other kids in this small enclosure packed in like sardines. His screams and cry’s still ring through my head. It was horrible. He was in extreme pain and distress, we had to rush him straight to the ER. After spending about 10 hours in the ER, he has a very bad leg injury. He had to have multiple x rays done, under heavy pain medication, and a procedure done. He is still in incredible pain and it has made our life extremely difficult. All we wanted to do was make sure our son had a happy fun day. Me and my family are honestly considering to sue. This is outrageous. This establishment is extremely negligent and misleading.

We recently had my son’s 2nd birthday party here and it was fantastic! Great packages to choose from and great prices. Everyone had an awesome time, both kids and adults. Our party attendant, as well as the manager, were so kind and helpful too. We had our party on a Monday night so it wasn’t nearly as busy as the weekend thankfully. Would absolutely recommend to anyone to have their child’s birthday here especially if you’re on a tight budget!

My son and I had a great time and would take the negative reviews from others with a grain of salt. We had an awesome time, everything was explained well to us and the food was great. We'll totally be going back! One thing is that they seem to be under-staffed front of house, and would be great to see one more person out there before the parties happen.
