Hadn’t been to Denny’s in quite a while, so I was actually looking forward to this visit. Overall, it was a decent experience, but unfortunately there were a few things that stood out. During what looked to be a busy hour, I didn’t understand why there was only one cook working. I noticed that my crepes had been sitting out of the food heater for a while before they were brought to the table, and by the time I received them they were cold. Another server ended up bringing my food over instead of the one who originally took my order. My server herself was very nice,both servers were clearly helping one another she seemed very busy with other customers, which is why I didn’t mention that the crepes were cold. What was disappointing was that no manager ever came over to check on us. When I went to check out, I asked where the manager was, and one of the servers told me she wasn’t sure. I really wished there had been a manager available to speak with, as it would’ve been helpful to address the situation without putting more pressure on the servers. I honestly felt bad for them. Aside from the cold crepes, the experience was still good overall. The staff was kind, and the atmosphere was fine. I just hope management can be more present in the future to better support their servers and ensure food is served hot and on time.

Food is salty most of the time, at nights food is overcooked and dry
Every single time I come I get an adult entree and usually will get a kids Kraft Mac and Cheese. Depending where I get seated is a hit or miss on if I actually get the Mac and Cheese. I get told that I cannot order the Mac and Cheese because the manager is here. I even checked to see if I could order it online and it let me. So why can’t I order it in the restaurant? That doesn’t make any sense. I have worked in a restaurant for many years and I have never seen someone deny a food item the customer wants. Especially if they are already ordering from the adult menu.

The food was very overcooked and salty. The pancakes were great. I would recommend if ypu like pancakes but ask for your eggs to be cooked a specific way or you'll regret it. Overall the biggest issue i found the pricing was outrageous. Wallet shock for sure. Be prepared. You could hear music from the kitchen.
