First time at this location food was overcooked but the waitress Makayla was very helpful she made us laugh the whole time and we enjoyed our experience even though food was mediocre

Poor location and worst management .
manager Rose needs to learn customer service first and then teach to her staff. she is so rude she doesnt knw how to talk to a customer she have no quality to be a manager ..
Rude employees this is 2nd time i had bad experience. We spend more than 100 dollar not for this kind of service .. never going there again.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I walked in with my family at 5am to have breakfast (to eat before the fasting started in Ramadan) and there was a group of like 10 people hanging around waiting to pay for their check. I could see in there faces they've been waiting for probably over 20 minutes. As I waited, she deliberately took her time and acted like she didn't know how to cash out a check with the customer she was working with. It took her 10 minutes to cash them out! Meanwhile I ask if we wait to be seated and she says "you're going to have to wait AT LEAST 15 MINUTES" I HAVE TO CLEAN THE TABLES" very rudely.
To which I'm fine, I understood, I just asked can we please see some menus while we wait so that the kids can decide and we don't waste time because they will have to start fasting in an hour or so.
She's like "I understand but NOT NOW"
So we wait 10 minutes for her to finish the first customer and then she starts the 2nd customer, and I'm like the menus are stacked right next to her, why can't she at least give me a few so we can take a look? So then I ask her again, and she's like FINE and rolls her eyes and then deliberately grabs just one for my group of 8 to take a look at, and SLAMS it in the counter for me to grab.
My husband then asked for the manager and she says she is the manager! How can she be the manager and take 10 minutes to have someone pay a check!
We told her she could simply just have asked us to leave from the getgo and to stop being so rude and left.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Our server, Jill, was great! No complaints at all about service. The food however…It’s way overpriced for the portion you get and the quality. Also, the table basket of condiments needed desperate refilling - no jam, no ketchup, hardly any salt, and syrup bottle was sticky with hair on the spout. Probably won’t be back. Pleasant atmosphere midmorning during the week though.

Food was terrible. Chef was sat at the diner while we ordered, got up and rushed through cooking our food, then sat back at the diner talking and laughing with our server. When we told the server named Jenesis we weren’t happy with our food, she got all nasty and gained an attitude. When I suggested that maybe instead of sitting and chit chatting, they should spend more time focusing on quality control, the server laughed in our face. Extremely terrible service and visit, only professional person in the establishment was the manager. Jenesis O does not need to be working in customer service with an attitude like that.

FIRST TIME IN TWO YEARS COMING BACK TO A DENNY'S.ALWAYS LIKE THEIR FOOD, BUT LET ME TELL YOU AT THIS LOCATION.THEIR SERVICE IS PISS POOR. OUR SERVER HAD AIRPOD IN ONE EAR WAS FOCUSING MORE ON HER CELLPHONE THAN ANYTHING. WAS SHORT AND CURT. THE OTHER SERVER THAT BOUGHT US OUR WAS MORE PLEASANT. " I WISH WE HAD HER". DIRTY DISHES ON THE TABLES JUST CHILLIN ON THE TABLES. THIS DEENYS WAS NOT EVEN BUSY EITHER WAY I WILL GO BACK TO DENNY EVER AGAIN. TOO BAD TO SEE A ICONIC RESTAURANT CHAIN HAS GONE ALL THE WAY PAST THE ÉQUATEUR. MY FAMILY AND I WELL EAT A DENNYS LOCATION AGAIN AMD NEITHER WILL PUR FRIENDS.

As someone who has worked in service my entire life, I’ve never felt the urge to leave a bad review like this. The host was fine but our waitress had the nastiest attitude upon arrival. She acted as if helping us was an inconvenience to her. Not one smile from her the entire time.

Food poisoning would not recommend waste of money

I don’t even know where to start , one we will start with I’ve worked in a restaurant as a server/bartender for 5 years never have I experienced such a thing. And TRUST ME when I say I know how it can be when it’s busy . Server had no personality or people skills , started with “can I help you” I’m sorry what am I at a drive through? Immediately threw me off and could tell what kind of experience this was going to be . Only thing that came fast was our first round of drinks (just soft drinks nothing special) . Wait was incredibly long for the food (server literally had 5 maybe tables) after about a hour of sitting there with no refill, our server (don’t know her name never introduced herself), proceeded to ask all three of us what we ordered……from literally everything to the sides she had no idea what she was doing. We proceeded to tell her and she still forgot my side of hash browns. Food was gross and completely cold burger looked like it had been chewed and spit back on the grill. Couldn’t be surprised after I sat there and watched my “food die in the window” as a server/ cook would say . After moving the gross food around on the plate we decided to pile it up and wait for the bill which took another 15 minutes (AFTER THE DISHES WERE NICLY PILED ON THE END OF THE TABLE) like come on if that doesn’t say your guest are done I don’t know what does . Overall HORRIBLE experience worst I’ve honestly ever had in my life would’ve been better off at a fast food drive through. Will never return ever ever again there’s absolutely no excuse for the experience I just had .

Extremely understaffed. Wait time was very long. There were 8 tables in our section and 1 waitress who did not care about us customers. She looked overwhelmed. I will never recommend this place. Awful food, understaffed and high priced mediocre food.

Burnt / overcooked food and slow service on Christmas Day. One waitress and a busy restaurant at 9 pm. Chicken fingers were super crispy, seasoned fries were overcooked and had an aftertaste. Qay overpriced food. Stick with Chili's. Bad experience...won't be back.
