One of the cashiers they are named Braxtyn is excellent she's very good at pressing the buttons she knows what you want she gets it she knows the business inside and out just amazing at her job she probably get a promotion. she made my bagel twist perfect. knows good drinks to get.

This last Sunday would have been my third Sunday I've went early afternoon and Everytime my order is wrong last time I went back in and complained the lady had an attitude and it was made wrong again their are 3 people on shift a black lady , Hispanic lady with glasses and white lady she is the rude one going to fast not listening to customer correctly and gets orders wrong i usually pick up ony way to Boston do you know how frustrating that is to get all the way there and drinks and food are wrong

Hot coffee is always Luke warm. Typical fast food. Bagel twists are dry and over done. If you are looking for those gooey buttery bagel twists or a piping hot cup of coffee don't go here. Save some money and go to cumwrland farms for Luke warm joe.

This Dunkin usually never disappoints me. Sometimes they’ll put cream cheese on my bagel when i ask for it on the side, but that’s not a big deal. They make my drinks right every time, coffee never tastes burnt, syrups don’t taste old. And Jules, their customer service is phenomenal. Thank you for making my day every time i see you. I know working in fast food isn’t easy.
