I don’t understand how a Dunkin’s could be out of ketchup for over a month. No excuse on that. The owner should probably stop by his store once in his lifetime and maybe he’d be able to resolve the numerous problems at this store. Due yourself a favor and go to the closest Dunkin besides this one.

Every. Single. Time. This place serves the nastiest coffee. It tastes like water. The donuts and pastries are always hard as a rock no matter what time. All around awful never again am I wasting time and money here. Disgusting.

This location needs to remove the "24 hour drive thru" statement from their sign. I work 3rd shift nearby and it's highly irritating to gamble whether or not the store is open. It's been going on for quite some time: I understood the reasoning during Covid, but lately it's only been getting more frequent. If you're not going to be open, turn off that bright sign or leave a note.
I am writing this tonight because I noticed a car in the drive-thru, watched them be handed their order, then wasn't even given a 5-second, "sorry, we're closed". If you are going to serve your buddies but ignore everyone else, at least do us the courtesy of not wasting our time! (I would also recommend they not go through the drive thru as it only adds to the fallacy that the store is "open").
I would give this location a 1-star, but the girl who usually works 3rd shift is amazing. I need to ask what nights she has off so I can plan ahead (and also her name). She deserves all the good credit as she's always 'on the ball', even with a full line of customers.
Ultimately, your "24 hour drive thru" is false advertising!

Eave time I go to your store I ask make my coffee with2 shot espresso u guys forget 90% of time I just went in today and same thing happed so that y today last time I coming your store I taking my business somewhere else can make my coffee right
Really sad to see the decline in customer service at this specific location. Been going here since I was a little girl and everyone was so sweet, now they hired new girls a few in specific about 4/5 years back and all they do is talk about customers and make fun of them while they’re waiting for their food. Literally over the headphones laughing to one another and speaking loud enough for the customer to hear. It’s just sad that management lets that even happen but honestly they probably do it to. And I’m writing this review because this happens every single time I go to this location.

I ordered a caramel frozen coffee. That coffee was so white with cream it was undrinkable. No sugar. Barely tasted like coffee. A frozen coffee is $5.09 and I had to throw it away. Idk how someone could hand over a drink that looked like that thinking it was okay

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts! Especially when I’m waited on by Lexi she’s very efficient and extremely personable and it definitely doesn’t hurt that’s she’s easy on the eyes..

The food at dunkin is great and for the most part always fresh but it's slow and the employees are so rude and hostile. It can take 15 minutes for you just to get a donut and the employees seem miserable.Today I watched as employees ridiculed and embarrassed a man who threw away a cup that still contained coffee. The coffee spilled onto the floor and another customer pointed it out. The employees proceeded to yell out asking who threw away a coffee and when the man confessed they began disrespecting this man while he was standing right there. They would yell at him and one employe once the man left made a comment saying, "I wonder what his house looks like."They continued to talk about how "irritating" the situation was while the man was there and once he left. It was infuriating.The man apologized multiple times and the whole situation was a complete accident. The man also didnt even like his drink and they had to remake it. The man went through terrible customer service and the workers are often rude and aggressive like this

I asked for less ice in both coffees and they put more ice than usual. These large macchiatos only had enough liquid to fill up a single medium iced coffee
