BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!💀The workers at this dunkin' donuts location are very rude and inconsistent with your order! If you try to correct them because there is a mistake with your order they give you an attitude and make you feel as if it's a bother to fix your order!! Also I was charged for extra items that I did not receive as if they got my order mixed up with somebody else's! I do not recommend anybody to go to this dunkin' donuts location there are many others that are much much better than this one!!

I've been to this D&D a few times, always a good experience. Today, Black Friday morning, ordered a breakfast sammich combo. The croissant was toasted perfectly, bacon crispy, hash browns crispy, coffee perfect. Staff was friendly and courteous. I've been to other D&D and had not so good results. I don't do many reviews, but this D&D deserves it, thank you :)

Ordered breakfast sandwiches and hash browns and instead got some breakfast wraps in my bag which had the correct receipt and the wrong product handed to me by a young lady complaining about stupid people... if you can't handle something as simple as working the counter at a local coffee shop there's no hope for you.. tried calling the store multiple times letting the phone ring until it hung up on me no one would answer the phone... they've lost all my business and I would encourage people to find a different franchise as this one does not care about their customers

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts every day and the girls always have attitudes. I just left after they tried to give me an iced coffee after I said, hot coffee and it says on my receipt instead of making me a hot coffee with the cold foam they must’ve just put the iced coffee in a cup and just gave me a cold coffee after work in 12 hours. It’s not even worth going back there.

10 minutes in line and line barely moved. Shouldn't take 10 minutes to get to the speaker. 15 minutes now and still nobody taking my order sitting at the speaker.so total of 20 minutes till I even ordered just a coffee! And has the nerve to have a tip jar for what? My coffee should have been free for waiting that long!

The boy that be working there blonde white acting he all that sucks! The worst customer service and on top of that flirting with girls as they are working is so unprofessional this Dunkin sucks never again! Yall need to work on customer service so embarrassing to even work there! The guys gave me food disgustingly had chocolate all over my bag and on top of that messed up my order I said lemon munchkin not Boston crème like what is confusing about that.

Tbh this Dunkin has always had problems, often terrible customer service or workplace behaviors but my biggest issue with them is how often they mess up orders or forget to get you anything at all. I’d say every time I go there my order is either messed up, such as not being given my exact order, not getting my correct order or something isn’t even given to me like a donut. It’s like everyone behind the counter is under the influence because it’s every time I go, I’ve gotten to the point where this Dunkin isn’t even an option for me anymore and it doesn’t seem like much will change.
