LOVE the morning crew!! They’re the best I drive out of my way to go to this specific dunkin’ everyday. I get a macchiato everyday & they ALWAYS make it perfect 🤌🏼 they deserve some praise, MORNING CREW YOU'RE THE BEST!!!
This place was great, but now they have a girl working drive thru who doesn't know how to stick her hands outside the window to hand the food over. And she's pretty rude. That's why I stopped going to this Dunkin. I don't need attitude before work like that.

I don't think I've ever reviewed a Dunkin - but today was such a pleasant experience. William was extremely helpful and super friendly ! The dark haired woman that makes the sandwiches is also awesome ! I didn't catch her name unfortunately. I've worked in the industry - it's hard work and dealing with people who haven't had their coffee yet isn't easy !! Good job team !

The short woman with the accent and dark, un-blended make up all over her face is rude af. She gave us the wrong donut on purpose because they didn’t have the one we asked for. So she just wasn’t gonna say anything and gave us one we didn’t ask for. (Asked for a chocolate frosted with no sprinkles and she gave us a double chocolate without saying anything). So then we asked for a straw for the coffee we ordered and she ignored us and walked away. Next time we’ll sit there and run the timer up since she wants to be petty and unprofessional. Do better. Also watch a few make up tutorials

I ordered peppermint mocha signature latte (hot) this is what I get. It’s not mine first time, I keep seeing my coffee like this oiled. It ain’t just this dunkin the one in 1414 Newport ave too .. please do something this is dangerous, not healthy!!I keep telling myself I’m gonna stop buying coffee at dunkin, then weeks later I’m hoping they fixed it, but nothing still same .I like the energy they always talked nice , but coffee definitely not good!
