One upon a time Dunkin was very comfortable to sit and have a coffee now the dining room is cold and bare. A sad shadow of its former hospitality. A shame that the emphasis is now on rake out, delivery and on line ordering. No more community meeting spots.

I have no clue what happened to this store within the past couple of months but it’s ridiculous that I had to wait 10 minutes for my coffee because one employee was doing everything while there are others laughing in the corner. Awful customer service, it seems like personal conversations come first. I will be going up the street from now on

I've never seen a dunkin donuts like this one. They have a bakery display case with the donuts in it, which is a really nice touch. The donuts are more protected in the case and not out in the open like other DD.
The restrooms where clean, and the staff was really friendly.
The service was really fast and they got everything right!

My coffee is always on point. Every time I go no matter the hour of the day the employees always know what I'm getting. It makes me feel acknowledged. Thank you all for always remembering my Small 1/2 coffee 1/2 chocolate with two heated bagel twist. Too bad Dunkachino don't exist anymore. Gracias
For the area I don't usually trust food around there but their coffee is decent compared to other Dunkin donuts I've been too. Usually the stuff is pretty respectful but recently they hired this new employee that seems to be very rude. When I go through drive-thru there's a side comments that are unnecessary.
