I went to dunkin because my order had been messed up the previous day and when I called to complain this morning, the nicest woman Emily picked up and said we could come right in and get it again for free. Then when we got there, the manager ended up taking our order and he was also THE NICEST man and did not make me feel bad about anything. I then wanted to place a separate order that I would pay for and he happily took our order for that and gave me a donut and breakfast wrap for free which he did not need to do. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Served frozen food and asked for a refund. While the manager was issuing the refund, the woman who prepared the frozen food came to the register and said the food wasn’t frozen. Adding that she “put the food in the oven twice.” I wonder why that is? Probably because the food wasn’t thawed out in the morning and you got it from the freezer. Crazy the things people lie about, just be honest and own up to your mistake, sad embarrassing times we’re in.
Also when going into the shop for the refund it reeked. It smelled like someone’s old bathroom that they’re too tired to clean. So I ask, if you’re not prepping the food or cooking it correctly… why can’t you at least clean the bathroom. Yeesh.
There was nobody in the lobby doing anything and then once I walked in and stood there for two minutes, six people randomly appeared behind the register and started “working.” Really strange location, beware.

My friend ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I have never seen more cream cheese on a bagel before in my life. Most places are pretty reserved with how much is put on or give you one small container of cream cheese. This was a while heap of cream cheese, lol. I asked my friend three times if he asked for extra cream cheese, and he insisted he only said a bagel with cream cheese, please. I posted a picture of said bagel for your consideration. The coffee was supposed to be hot, but he was given an iced instead shrug. All I got was a coffee, which was just your typical Dunkin coffee. At least the cashier was friendly.
If any manager of the store is wondering where all your cream cheese is going lol we solved it for you.

One upon a time Dunkin was very comfortable to sit and have a coffee now the dining room is cold and bare. A sad shadow of its former hospitality. A shame that the emphasis is now on rake out, delivery and on line ordering. No more community meeting spots.

I have no clue what happened to this store within the past couple of months but it’s ridiculous that I had to wait 10 minutes for my coffee because one employee was doing everything while there are others laughing in the corner. Awful customer service, it seems like personal conversations come first. I will be going up the street from now on
