Ordered a plain cheeseburger and small fries. The bagged food had correct order on ticket. When I opened my order at home I had a bacon, jalapeño, onion, mayonnaise, bbq sauce cheeseburger. The simplest order that was incorrect is unacceptable. Will never return!

Wish they had some English speaking employees but even with the language barrier it was great like always
Whenever you go to a 5 guys you know they are going to fill the bag up well at least they used to the previous 100+ times I’ve been to at other locations. Lady working the fries didn’t want to cook another batch so I got the leftovers.

This is my one of my favorite places to get a burger. Today, I have changed my mind! The quality of meat you use now is HORRIBLE! I will pay $$ for good food, not for a cheap burger that I can get at a community cookout.
