I'm only given one star because I'm a waitress we went there for the first time after getting out of the military service and it was bad very very bad customer service. Especially when the manager is eating her food and sit in the corner. As well as when you give one tip the one personnel and she has no idea very bad. Stop should not be playing around

Every single time I come here for ice cream they screw it up. They always forget something even though I always order through mobile order. What I got is right on the paper, right on the screen for them to see. Why they still mess up my order every time is beyond me. I pay extra for toppings on my ice cream and almost never get what I ask for. And if you ask the employees to remake it they give an attitude. Its sad cause I love friendlys ice cream but I will not be coming back here. Waste of money since I never get what I pay for.
UPDATE 11/11/25 I messaged the email that was given to me in the reply in JULY and never received an email back, thanks guys for all of your help! NOT!

Was so excited to bring my family to a friendly's as we were visiting from 26 hours away. We got there at 9:20 and we're told the kitchen was closed so we couldn't eat. But it closes at 10, so very saddened by this. Guess it will be another 15 years before another Friendly's...not very Friendly.

I was so excited to come as Friendly's was a huge part of my childhood. Unfortunately, we felt extremely unwelcome. We came with my 4 month old daughter who did not cry and was well behaved during the entire duration of our meal. The waitress glared at her and we received horrible service. It took 30 minutes to get our order taken and over an hour to get asked if we wanted desert after recieving our food. The whole time we watched other tables recieve quick service by the same waitstaff. We wanted this to be a regular spot for us as we are new to the area, but clearly we are not welcome.
