I went to this location not too long ago to get a glimpse of my childhood and the experience was pleasurable for the most part. The wait time was not very long, the food was piping hot and our server was quick. However there was something that I overheard that made me feel a bit uncomfortable, the staff was talking in the back which is fine we are at work and need to have a little bit of fun to make the time go by but a skinny server, young girl by the name of Litzy I believe who was not African American said the "N-Word" and I happen to overhear. Now I am not sure what this employees race is but it made me feel uncomfortable. I just think management should have a talk with that employee to be more mindful about what she says.Kid-friendliness: Many options for children

Prices have gone up quite a bit as with the rest of the world, but it is a standard Friendlys. Young kids running it, grilled cheese, population of customers ranged from teens to old people. Nothing to complain about, nothing to brag about. The plate my food came on was dirty from the meal before which was really upsetting but, yeah. Otherwise pretty run of the mill Friendlys location. Def check for old food on your plates..

This was THE MOST entertaining service we’ve ever had in any restaurant ever — I can’t even begin to say thank you for making my stepson‘s birthday so incredibly memorable! And the best part was, the manager and staff didn’t even KNOW it was his birthday, they just were so personable, and made us laugh so hard! BEYOND excellent service! THANK YOU!!

Our service was amazing. going out on valentine’s day is hard enough already, but our server Jenny & the tables around us made the experience worth it. HOWEVER, once the table in front of us left, they left cash tip for the server. i WITNESSED the manager take the money off of the table, deny to the server that she took it, miraculously “find it in the trash” a minute later, then confronted me in front of my toddler basically calling me a liar that she was “helping jenny buss out her table”. i’m sorry, but helping someone buss a table down usually involves taking dirty dishes off their table, not just cash ??♀️That being said, hand cash tips DIRECTLY to your server, or it might end up in Mara’s pocket instead ??♀️
When ordering there were four workers standing there and only one young girl was doing all the work. The manager seemed like she didn’t want to be there and wasn’t very welcoming or polite to the patrons.

I ordered Mini mozzarella sticks online. I showed up and they handed me regular mozzarella sticks. I was then told to sit down and in 2 minutes they would bring me out the Mini mozzarella sticks. I waited 35 minutes only to be told that they would NOT be making me mini mozzarella sticks and they could not make those until they ran out of the full-sized ones. I was also not eligible for a refund. They kept offering me different options of food. I didn't want any other options. I simply wanted my money back and I did not get it. Nor did I get the mini mozarilla sticks that I ordered.
