Thought I spent the outrageous price of $7 for a medium cold brew with sweet foam, but it turns out I was paying for a cup of ice with a little coffee and foam. 90% of this cup was ice. Starbucks will only fill half the cup with ice. HD is ripping you off.

I brought my dog, Mia, with me once, and they gave her a treat at the window. Now every Sunday she wakes me up early to go to the donut store. When we pull up, she'll put her paw on the window of my truck and drool down the side of the door. Most of the time it's inside on the door panel.I order a coffee and a half dozen plain Dew Drops for us to share. But she's happy, and that's the whole reason we go.I think they know it.

I received a blackened bagel this am. I called in for a refund and had to call 10 times before they answered the phone. Mind you that when I was there minutes prior there was no in line at the drive through or inside. The woman who answered the phone was rude and did not even apologize. She said I needed to come in for a refund and then literally hung up the phone on me. I called back and the other person answered and I asked for the name of the person who I spoke to initially and she also hung up the phone on me. All they needed to do was say “I’m so sorry! I’ll fix this for you, come in and I’ll give you a refund and a courtesy bagel…” or whatever. Instead they were both rude and escalated the situation.

Love the iced mocha madness and they have cookies too. ? I feel they should put some kind of signs out front or in the windows though. It's hard to tell they're actually open. The donuts and coffee are great though and make sure you download the app. It's a bummer the app doesn't allow you to mobile order at this location and it seems only 2 in the area work with it. What the point of an app if it doesn't work with any of the stores.

Honey Dew in general is a 5 star establishment but at this particular location, the batistas do not know that a latte simply means milk and sugar is added. A latte does NOT mean it's coffee. I have a serious intolerance to coffee so I always order an chai tea later. Lady gave me coffee and argued with me that I ordered coffee when in fact I did not and showed my receipt.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese which was priced at 1.99 on the outside kiosk and when I went to the window, I was told that it was 2.99 plus tax. I told them the price was wrong and they refused to do anything. If prices change, they should be reflected across the board, not a surprise when you get to the window.
