They do not know how to make pancakes at the international House of pancakes? I got three buttermilk pancakes today and I had to send them back twice so needless to say I didn't get to eat, the waitress Jenny didn't even apologize for my pancakes being raw and so cold the butter didn't even melt both times. She's a little too much also she was flipping her hair, back and forth and rushing you out of there, whatever happened to good customer service? I will never go here again ☹️

Horrible service. We were barely acknowledged as we walked in. Once we were seated we waited for twenty minutes for someone to at least acknowledge us. Several servers walked by us, some seemed disgruntled as they asked each other who was taking which table. There was one waitress, a slender middle-aged blonde (who ignored us when we walked in) who seemed to be directing the show however, unsuccessfully as the waitresses seemed annoyed and probably added to why we were ignored. We decided to walk out and I don’t think any of them noticed as they continued to walk past us. I’m not expecting much at an IHop, but i’ve never gotten this kind of service at any other branch. Not sure how you keep getting business.

Never has my brother walked out of an ihop in the 13 years he’s been going to as his choice of restaurant for his birthday. I took him today and was seated immediately but the table had ants crawling on it near the window. We were going to wait to ask to be seated somewhere else, but no one tended to us. We were sitting at a table with ants for ten minutes before he asked to go somewhere else. Thanks for giving him a shit birthday

WALKED IN ON A SATURDAY NEAR 10 AM, and back out at 10:30 ! We were seated nearly immediately, with menus, we read the menus and decided what we wanted, put down the menus, and since no one had said anything to us since being seated set a timer. I think I was very patient, but after 30 minutes no one spoke to us. The table to the left of us was being highly attended . when the stop watch read 20 minutes, we got up and walked out, with the same discourteous behavior as we were shown.
Went to Denny's down the street, was seated, tended to and served within 5 minutes.

Went here to get breakfast. I’d been to other IHOPs before, and it was good, so I kinda knew what to expect. This time though, the experience was completely different… not in a good way.

It’s appropriate to have visited this location in the month of October, because this breakfast was scary.

We were led to our table all the way to the back of the restaurant, past multiple open tables to some sort of defunct children’s birthday party room with peeling football skin pattern wallpaper and a squealing HVAC unit. Even though we were seated in a weird separate room in the back, it wasn’t all bad… We could still look through the glass divider windows out to the other patrons inside the normal part of the restaurant and imagine what it must be like.

The waiter seemed busy, trying to do his best to serve the one other table in his section. We ordered our food, (Breakfast) and coffee. You can’t go wrong ordering breakfast at a place that had “pancakes” in their name. Right?

When the food arrived, it was ice cold with two Kraft singles thrown on top. Lmao. It was SO bad, that it was funny.
Everything was dry, and hard, and cold… the bacon seemed like they cooked it the night before and left it out at room temperature in its own grease. The eggs were rubbery and cool to the touch. The pancakes would have been alright, they looked good, except they were cold.

I kept thinking I was going to get food poisoning the whole time. Everything was room temperature or less. I wonder what was going on in the kitchen? I don’t want to know.

This was some of the worst breakfast that I’ve ever been served at a restaurant… including airports, hotel continental breakfast, food stands, gas stations… this was worse than all of that.

What makes it worse is that the bill was over $40 for this. If it was hot and fresh, ok.. but, it wasn’t.

The department of health should form a task force and rappel down ropes from a helicopter to storm this place with food thermometers!

I dont mind Ihop, I have other favorite places but food is ok. Service at the Attleboro location, absolutely sucks. Servers are kids. Rude, unfriendly and never around. Waited approx 4 to 5 minutes to be seated. Not a sole was in sight. Unacceptable. Tell them to get a personality.

Had food in front of us, after 30 minutes since order, finally got it and no silverware . Got annoyed and “manager” continued to mock for the rest of our time here. Then she threw a plate of pancakes across the table. Whoever owns this franchise should be worried.

Food was trash. Host had an attitude line how dare we showed up. Our waitress was nice. I wouldn’t feel this food to my dog. IHOP making money on nostalgia.
