Walked in on a Sunday night at 7pm not a single customer in the building or parking lot we had to double check they were open. We waited in the front by the sign “wait to be seated” for probably 10 minutes before we saw someone come out he motioned from across the building for us to come over. We walked past multiple tables filled with trash and food and when we got to our table it was also dirty had scraps on it and was a little sticky. He did not introduce himself to me or my girlfriend, tossed a couple menus on the table and walked away then came back 5 minutes later and said “do you know “… We tell him our order he “mhms” “yes” to everything and walk away again . We sat again for 10 minutes looking around , wondering where our soda and water was , turns out waiter would rather sit at the dirty tables behind us watching videos on his phone , before even serving us our beverages . We walked out because my girlfriend is in the industry and was just appalled at the complete lack of service and hospitality skills . Place looks like a eerie diner straight from a horror film , not to sure how they are still open . -10/10 will not ever be returning .

I came to this restaurant with other two friends, and it was the worst thing I ever did. Service is really bad and the food situation is even worse that we didn’t even ate half of the food because it was bad. We were so hungry and luckily found another breakfast restaurant near by on Google and ended up at J’s Brothers Restaurant at 169 benefit st in Pawtucket ri big difference there, the service was impeccable and the food was the best we ever had in a long time. IHOP needs to put their act together! J’s Brothers Restaurant 100 times better!

We walked into IHOP Sunday morning about 11:30 nobody was waiting. Two young attendees standing there asked how many in our party. I said 4 and we had a baby in a car seat because he was sleeping. So we asked for a booth as it would be bigger to seat our family comfortably. She said she had to wait to seat us because it goes by rotation. So we said ok. Other families walked in and got seated. So we asked the young girls working there again one gave a smirk and said I don’t know we don’t have anything open right now. While there were tons of open booths. So we left. I think they need some management and guidance as to what they are doing.

Multiple times now i’ve come here and had by far the worst customer service experience in a restaurant ever. Having worked in customer service for years i understand having bad days, but everytime i’ve been to this establishment its been getting worse and worse. This time we were sat fairly quickly but that’s because there was only one other table occupied. Server didn’t come to take our orders for drinks for 10 minutes and just wanted to take our food orders immediately as well. No ice in the drinks and messed up one of them and then TOLD ME IT WAS RIGHT LOL? Food was alright and i’m just happy it was cooked. The check was brought out to us maybe 5 minutes after we even got our food! We weren’t even there close to closing time so it’s not like there was a huge rush to leave or help other customers. I don’t think we are ever coming back to this establishment and will be telling those nearby to do the same.

The restaurant's interior is more hotel than a restaurant, although most hotels are cleaner and more inviting than this place. The atmosphere is very drab and uninviting. The hospitality is questionable. Felt as if we didn't want to be delt with by the first associate who saw us. The only positive thing for me was that the food was edible but that was about it. The appetizer sampler was way too crispy and dry almost to the point where it looked and tasted like it was way overcooked. The burger meat itself was extremely dry with a slice of cheese that looked like it was put on a minute before they took it off the pan, barely melted the cheese. The service was decent but was very direct with no hospitality. 5/10 the food was edible.

Went in no one came to serve us. People who came after us got served coffee and utensils to eat. Mind you we are just a party of two and the other party was a party of 2 as well. Countless servers walked by and one immediately approached them. I know about sections and stuff but if the hostess goes and shows we sat down and no one came then that’s just plain laziness and it wasn’t even busy! Terrible.
