The music is so loud. They can't hear your questions. 4th time an online order is 20-30 minutes late. 5 people I see on hand. Last 2 times they had issues with online confirmation they said. Too 30-40 minutes sitting around. This has been like this for weeks now. You need more help! You get a premium price, pay for your help, or a qualified manager on duty.

The service here is incredible, where do I even start? First this young manager Kevin was hard at work cleaning the floors in the dining room making sure everything was clean for guests deciding to eat inside. Ryan did a phenomenal job building my sandwich and handled it with great care! Chris greeted me right when I walked in making me feel very welcomed! He wrapped my sandwich to perfection, will definitely be returning here again!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would and it’s all because of one employee that works there. She’s tall , has red hair, always has a a nasty attitude when taking orders. She’s constantly messing up orders as well and I have to go back and have my sandwich remade. I’ve seen her refuse to take certain peoples orders and she’s constantly standing in the middle of everyone texting on her phone. Get better help.

Not impressed with the new management. The prices have been hiked up more than other surrounding Jersey Mikes. The vibe at this location is now different. Will be moving on.

Hilariously inept management at this location. Chronically late (and I mean 20 minutes late) with orders because they refuse to adequately staff the restaurant. As a result other local sandwich places get most of our orders instead. Just bad short term thinking that costs them probably 3x as much than if they just staffed the store.

I’m convinced the bad reviews are from people who don’t get invited out to lunch by friends because they’re just miserable humans and don’t have any. The guys working here are all in a great mood, my sub took less than two minutes to get from the slicer to my hand, and I’m sitting down watching these guys genuinely enjoying life. If you’ve got anything bad to say about this spot I guarantee you’re the problem.

Kid-friendliness: Low tops, tall chairs, napkins at the table is a plus.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors right next to the curb ramp.

Absolutely awful. They mess our order up every single time. Rude staff. Told me I can’t get a refund. We order the same exact thing every single week 3x a week.
A regular 42 with no cheese
A regular 17 with no cheese, no peppers.
Every week they either
come with cheese or peppers on my steak, We love the food but this jersey mikes can never get our order right. Blonde staff member spoke on phone, unprofessional, the first question should be “Would you like those subs remade” nope it was “uhhhhh i’m gonna put you on hold” . Clearly no one has ever worked in customer service, Then offered a refund, when i got here she was like “you can either take the subs or the money back” . No compensation for messing our food up for the 10th time in a row.
Edit: after waiting 20 minutes for our subs, my 17 came with peppers on it. They remake it for a 3rd time, the employee drops it on the counter saying my name, no apology. Literally a waste of your time.

May 10th around 530pm. Seemed kind of chaotic. 1 girl on the grill with black braids and another girl with glasses and a ponytail arguing loudly which everyone could hear, until guy on slicer calmed them down. A little weak on the toppings. I've been here dozens of times in the past, this is the first time I've been in, in probably 3 months or so. I will continue to come here because I think the subs are amazing. However the crew seems different than when I've come in before. As someone who has worked in food service for over 30 years I think it's only fair to write this review. I know if I was the franchise store owner, I would appreciate it.

I had a tuna sub. It was awful. I couldn't finish it. It tasted like the ocean. I might come back and try another sub. The waiters kept confusing our order too. Not very impressed.

Jackie is by far the worst manager this franchise has hired. Schedules crew around their availability then fires them because she can’t read and if she thinks you are slow , you get thrown off the position that you were at just to watch the line go even slower.
