So extremely disappointed that myself and my children ate here only to discover after the fact that the establishment was not has been cleaned up in sometime. When I say sometime I mean months because it takes months for BLACK MOLD TO GROW. Yes BLACK MOLD. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS KFC EVER AGAIN AND THEY BEST PRAY WE DON'T GET SICK IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM 💯

I never ever give two stars but wow I went in there today with my clients who are disabled. We bought three meals three over ten dollar meals. My client finished his soda so I filled it again. We were there about 140 mins because we decided to go some skills there and the restaurant was completely empty. As I was leaving I filled the cup again. The employees thought it would be okay to talk shit about me and complain about how I filled the cup 4 times first of all a cup of half ice half soda what r u two. No sign explaining that it's not refills and honestly your male staff had just given away free food to a customer while I was there. Nice customer service to the gentlemen as gor the two young ladies judging a disabled client for being thirsty after spending almost 60.00 in the store Shame on you. Don't call out a customer behind the counter I would have respected u more if u said to me I'm sorry but next time it's no refills I would have apologized and payed for a second dyink instead u insulted three customers who buy food from your establishment very very often at least twice a week thru drive thru. Too bad I will not be bringing my 12 clients back there ever. Your immature and rude child like behavior is disgusting. And yet felt comfortable enough to be on ur phone where I could see good job.

God forbid youre ever given adequate ketchup. The last 2 times I came here I got something completely different then I ordered. Not in this area a ton, but will just eat when I get home from now on. Frustrating. You have 1 job. If I did my job as poorly people would die. Id be held responsible of course. I guess its good youre employed at kfc in your cases.

Workers loud and joking too much. Chicken was laden with apparently over used grease. Fries were soaked in the same over used grease. Should look into changing cooking oil more frequently. Will not return to this store.
I had to write a review as I received the best customer service yesterday. I placed an order online and got caught in traffic. The manager called my husband to make sure everything was alright and that I didn’t go to the wrong location. Talk about customer service!! Me and my son walked in and I joked I felt like I was walking into cheers- 3 workers said my name so they could get my order ready. That’s right- they waited until I got there once my husband explained I was running late to make sure my food was hot!! I wish I got everyone’s names. They were honestly the nicest people and I think that deserves recognition.

I had to write a review as I received the best customer service yesterday. I placed an order online and got caught in traffic.
