Barbecue ribs on bone were fatty and without taste or sauce. Dumplings were flavorless as well. Crab rangoons didn't have much flavor. My main beef dish was just okay when normally it tastes fantastic. I will never order appetizers again. Red curry was good.

I really really wish i could give no stars at all. HORRIBLE FOOD AND EXPERIENCE . I ordered a crispy noodle pad thai meal and paid $19 for a plate of noodles that were crispy and chicken and shrimp in a separate container which literally took less than 5 min to prepare . Poor presentation. I've never ever had crispy pad thai this way where the noodles are not mixed in with the sauce and meat . The food was too salty and the noodles lolle as though it had been sitting out a while . Very overpriced and not worth even a 5 min wait .
I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN
FYI ,the pic shown is the noodles that has already been mixed in with the container of chicken and shrimp. Poor presentation and very salty .

ordered vegetable pad thai. No vegetables other than a few “piece's” of broccoli. Not even a 1/2 of a broccoli floret. A piece of lime was in the food. why? It had zero taste to it other than lime. It was the worst i’ve ever had and i’ve ordered from there several times. First time for Pad Thai and i’ll never order from there again. It was truly awful!! Guess they stopped caring. What a shame.

I have loved Koi for its fresh and flavorful food however, today the beef and vegetables was thick and slimy. The sauce must have been old and reused. I ordered fried shrimp, it was cold and mushy like old shrimp that started to deteriorate. Costumer service is always good but I was very disappointed with the food and the stomachache I had afterwards.

The food is always amazing. Everything comes out very quickly, also. I’ve recently been stuck on the beef and broccoli and the beef is super tender. I’ll often come in about once a week and I’ve never been disappointed. Great job Team Koi!
