Make sure the food was made within an hour or the fries will taste stale and greasy, biscuits are decent and chicken breading isn't crunchy, but the i could tell if the chicken was fresh it would have been good. Would only eat here again if my ribs were touching

Horrible. We grubhubbed this as a recommendation from a friend not knowing she meant another location. My parents were missing all the toppings on their sandwiches and their biscuits, I was missing my biscuit and my potato wedges were raw, they called and informed me that they had no red beans and rice and I said that was fine, they were going to replace it with jambalaya, I said that's fine for one order but could you make mac and cheese on the other? They said sure. It came. Biscuits all missing, sides all wrong (they gave both mac and cheese), potato's raw, mac overcooked and tasteless, chicken sandwiches so hot they are inedible with no warning of spice on their menu.
I call them to try to make it right to just let them know we were missing our biscuits because I didn't really care about anything else in the moment because we hadn't even started eating yet, they didn't answer the first time and the second time they hung up on me as soon as they answered. Never ordering again.

No clue how the food is, what I do know is they don't have a ventilation setup. Be prepared to choke on air and try to breathe. Just stepping into the place. Couldn't stop gagging as it was so overwhelming of a smell that you could taste it

Wow!!! I found this place by surprise when we had to make a bathroom pit stop. So glad I did. Not only is the food absolutely delicious but the service was impeccablel. The gentleman that helped me was so friendly, and so helpful! I highly recommend.
Not sure how long this place has been here but I only recently noticed it. Stopped in yesterday for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised at the price, quality and service. The chicken (I got a 3 piece thigh & drumsticks but you can choose whatever you want) was quite good! Flavorful but, thankfully, not spicy (I can't eat spicy food). The biscuit was out of this world delish. The mac and cheese was the exact same m&c you get from KFC or Popeyes, decent but not overly noteworthy. Chicken was WAY better than Raising Cane's imo. I'll be back for sure!

This location, although within a gas station convenient store, is extremely clean. The Krispy Krunchy staff are genuinely friendly. A lil on the saltier side but it is good fried chicken. If you get there as the chicken is coming out fresh then it's great fried chicken. My wife loves their honey biscuits and their tenders are good as well. The sides are ok but I am not a fan of the 'cracklins', I think that's what they're called. Definitely worth a try if you are close to the location, a harder decision for us as an option since it's around 40 minutes away.

My first time here and i felt so unwanted by the white employee with blue dark brown hair. he was so rude to me and boyfriend and we just wanted to try the spot for the first time and now i don’t even want to go back even though the chicken was good but not good enough to feel unwanted
