Five Stars for Natalia & Malaya - True Customer Service Gems!
I am an overnight worker, and stopping by Mary Lou’s to grab coffee for my shift later on is a frequent necessity. Working overnight is definitely no fun, but the experience is made so much better, and my day genuinely brightened, by two of your fantastic baristas: Natalia and Malaya.
These girls have an amazing, bubbly, and truly contagious energy. It’s impossible not to smile when they’re serving you—they make my day every time I stop in! Beyond their wonderful attitudes, their dedication to customer service is exceptional.
Recently, I had a specific question, and they both went above and beyond, taking the time and effort to find the exact answer for me. That level of commitment shows they truly care about their customers. Natalia and Malaya are a huge asset to Mary Lou's Coffee.
Thank you both for making my pre-shift routine something I actually look forward to! Keep shining girls 🤩

Tooooooo expensive --- for 2 decaffeinated coffees small ,2 cinnamon rolls $18.32 it's understandable if you get a special kind of coffee but the price is so high the women that made are order had an empty tip cup! I've been a waitress most of my life and I had to tip them ---- they don't make the price for everything and I feel they deserve a tip, will we return???????????????

took my boyfriend here to have him try my favorite coffee for the first time and the woman working was extremely unpleasant and impatient. as someone who has worked as a barista/in food for 5 years through highschool and college i was very taken back. he ordered a coffee and she stared at him as if he had 5 heads before asking if he wanted it black and gave us an attitude before listing the dairies he could add to his coffee in a very annoyed manner. never had a bad experience here until now.

hello everyone! i am the famous ava or the “so called barista” i just wanted everyone to know that all the reviews about me are FAKE! this girl i went to highschool with, Christiana Mcgettian keeps coming in and writing horrible reviews about me to try to get me fired. i had to refuse service due to the constant disrespect and lack of empathy for someone working at a coffee shop, just trying to get by in this world. after i refused service, her and her boyfriend Jaden Larusso harassed my coworker and i for over a half an hour to the point that i had to call the police. they came back in a different vehicle after being refused service, called me a b*tch and said to me and i quote “b*tch make me a sandwich” really shows how disrespectful people are to food industry workers! it really sucks knowing the job that i love is getting terrible ratings due to someones miserable life and too much time on their hands! i hope this clears all the allegations about me! ( google won’t let me post the videos of them constantly honking their horn at my drive thru, trying to pry the window open and asking which car was mine in the parking lot to damage it) hopefully these people get a reality check and realize some people are just trying to make it by in life, no matter what their job title is

Never will i go here again. Coffees mediocre at best, but the customer service is terrible ? I saw two employees making fun of someone today because they were taking a while to pay. Really cruel of them

Don't go here unless you want to get a snarky attitude by the employees, specifically Ava by name. She likes to call people broke & poor, I think she should take a step back. She also claims she'll never be fired. Corporate seems to be horrible here so maybe she's right, but hopefully she gets a wake up call. I'm never bringing my service to this place again.

They are very unprofessional. When you complain to corporate, they just tell their employees your full name and complaint and then tell you “we don’t have to give you service”. Why is corporate telling a bratty little teenager, what is being said about her, she had such an attitude I was disgusted and when I go tell corporate, corporate tells her manager which tells her and she goes and threatens me on social media and all the sudden they don’t service me? I been going to this Marylou’s way longer than she’d even work there, and spent probably 1000s of dollars on coffees there as I was a regular, and now you lost me, all my friends and family. Over one of your employees scaring me away with their bratty attitude. Where are your values?
