Went there for a happy meal for my kid today. Received an attitude over a sweet and sour sauce. Didn't realize until after we left that he'd received apple slices that had been open and probably eaten by someone as there was only one apple slice left in the bag. That is so disgusting. Never mind the last time we went we received apple pies that were almost hard as rock with no expiration timestamp on them as required. Completely disappointed and disgusted.

This McDonald’s always sucks but today they were the worst they can never accommodate you. The food is always sloppy and tonight the manager said through the drive-through that he couldn’t charge me with a debit card as soon as I walked in, he charged me with a debit card, the manager himself, then he said yo here like he’s cool I am positive that there’s a lot of people in Attleboro that feel the same

Poor customer service. Waited 5 minutes before someone spoke to me. Fries were not hot and kinda stale. Burger was cold and not as ordered. Worst $12 ever spent .

Ordered food thru the drive-thru messed up our order horribly and had to wait even longer and the manager we dealt with was super rude and had very poor customer service.Go elsewhere

Terrible service. A bunch of children making minimum wage for the rest of their lives. Pathetic knowing your circumstances. No respect for people cause you hate yourselves. Close the store before it actually closes which is ridiculous.

I work nearby and sometimes I come to get something quick for lunch at the drive-through. Usually I order ahead from the app. My order has always been gotten right, even when it's had a customization, and the food - always warm. Service is kind and pretty fast.

Place has gone downhill, used to frequent often. They need a change in management. Show up after 8 and half the items are off the menu for ā€œcleaningā€. Not a care in the world here. Buns are always hard, sauce is forgotten, fries are cold, bacon is undercooked, burgers are ice cold. Oh and they give you this joke of Sunday cup now that resembles a the fry container but plenty of plastic straws. Save your self the drive and aggravation and go to any other McDonald’s.

Not a warm atmosphere. The old stores were better. The breakfast burrito type sandwich was like rubber.

I used to get breakfast sandwiches from here weekly, then they kept getting them wrong and didn’t care. I haven’t been there in a while but went there tonight through the drive thru. They asked for my order but the screen was only showing the last order taken, not the menu. The person said it should auto reset, it didn’t. Waited a few more minutes and still no menu. He kept saying he couldn’t fix it, I asked who can. Then a lady got on who said she was the manager. She also said she couldn’t fix it. She was quite rude and said if I wanted to order I’d have to come inside. I really had no interest in coming inside, especially at this point with her attitude. Just ended up leaving.

I understand it’s McDonald’s but between messing up orders and your equipment not working and just getting an attitude really is poor customer service.
