Got breakfast there after work yesterday, and the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin was extremely hard and crunchy; and I am pretty sure I received food poisoning from the strawberry banana smoothie. I have been sick since yesterday, and that was all I had to eat all day.

So I went through the drive through, and some tall emo looking kid, with a wannabe beetles haircut was shoving his fingers in his mouth while eating fries, didn't wash his hand and flipping off the other employees. We were the only car in line and it took close to five minutes to get our food, (not complaining about that,) but during this time he cussed out the two female employees (both of whom where still polite to us,). I have been working in the restaurant industry for ten years and a manager for 3, that behavior is unacceptable in any situation, especially in front of customers.

The guy who took my order was really nice but the food was slightly more expensive than other McDonalds (it’s the same price as the cape) and the food was the worst I’ve ever gotten from a McDonald’s. We go all the time and get the same thing and sometimes it bad but never as bad as this place.
There is no such thing as Customer service at this location. Management also not any better. We had an issue with our food and instead of correcting ,offering any type of solution, or even an apology. We just got a shoulder shrug and said to talk to the store manager tomorrow. Take your business elsewhere.

Everything here has been smooth. Kiosk ordering is easy. Food was made right. Even used curbside pickup, and it was fast and correct. This location has a playplace, although it is a small one compared to other McDonald's locations that have them. Two soda machines inside although neither one had ice in them, at least at 10:30 am on a Saturday.
