The younger manager with the glasses is competely awful he should not work their he is rude and disrespectful and served me awful food and i have been in here a few times and he’s always doing something suspicious or not what he’s supposed to be doing completely ruining the atmosphere creating a bad environment from a customers perspective will be asking to speak to someone else next time.

Well, I haven’t been of this location for 12 years. Not even Teddy Bruski could convince me to stop in. The menu is changed and the faces behind the counter have changed purchase the pizza and a sandwich. Both were pretty good. The pizza looked lovely and was decorated nicely with all the sauce on top look like a piece of artwork It was OK. The sandwich was a little dry, but it was a pretty good sandwich altogether. price a little bit higher than usual but that’s the way it goes these days everything’s over priced. During the experience, the best customer service agent ever (Mark)helped one of the customers out all the way to their car because he cares and has common sense . you should hire more people like this gentleman and people like me will help attract more customers. When I was younger at lunchtime at PAPA GINOS one couldn’t find a seat and then Friday and Saturday was the same way. It was very busy however these days if there’s two people in there one is probably a manager and the other one is probably using the bathroom. Best wishes find more people like Mark . give Mark raise. See you in 12 years. Ps. Turn the music down a little and turn the ac on . It was hot and sticky inside.

Food was great, the pizza was decorated by a true pro who is dedicated to their craft. The cashier Mark is the GOAT and might be one of the nicest and most helpful staff members I have ever seen. He went above and beyond and I am confident he does the same for anybody else who walks through those doors. Please give him a raise he deserves it or just make him the new CEO. Thank you.
