We have ordered pizza on Sundays a few times, chose to pick up vs delivery, and the pizza has been excellent for us. The girl there on Sunday nights makes a very good pizza.

Ordered online tonight. Delivery was 30 minutes late, everything was luke warm. Cheese bread came with ranch instead of pizza sauce. One of the garlic sauces was open and spilled in the box. I tried calling the restaurant and was told a manager would not be there until Monday morning. You would think there would be some sort of management available on a Friday night at dinner time. Thank you for taking quality control seriously Papa Johns.

Ordered online and was told that it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Got to the store around 25 minutes later and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Will definitely drive the extra 20 minutes to go to another location.

I ordered a special a large pizza and a 20 liter soda! 5:23 my pizza came which was fine!! But he forgot my soda ok no big deal he said I'll bring it back in 15 minutes! Ok 6:30 I called and said you were bringing back the soda he forgot ok no problem.. I'll send the next driver out to get it! I know it's just soda now it's principle I already paid for it! And it's 7:09 still haven't gotten my soda! This isn't the first time I had an issue w papa johns
The pizza we ordered had a whole the size of a golf ball in it. When we called them the gentleman that answered the phone asked me if it was edible. Horrible customer service.

Ordered delivery for 1 pizza and 2 sides. Pizza was sloppily put together and they didn't even bother to cut it. Delivery driver was fast and SUPER NICE. Overall, worth the tip but not the 25 bucks for rushed food.

"Real Meat !" When the best thing you can say about your pizza is "real meat" then you know its great! Week old squirrel on the highway is real meat too.

No management, no rules no one cares. Be very careful getting food here. Ask for the manager and ask about his uniform. Late cold food never helps. Insist on better Attleboro! Ask to see the weekly schedule and ask yourself what does management do here? If u see someone in the back looking at a computer..chances are the manager is catching up on nexflix or his movie queue.
