They were playing music with a lot of expletives over the radio and the place was kind of dirty (I think I saw mold on the chairs??)... Not a good atmosphere for families or kids unfortunately.

Pinku is the cutest cafe around! Joelma was extremely helpful and had great recommendations. We cannot wait to come back!

These are some of the best donuts I’ve ever had! I brought two of my kids here and they loved it. After trying a bite of theirs, I had to order my own. They have all kinds of creative flavors and the texture is unlike any other donut I’ve had. Delicious!

The atmosphere is TOP NOTCH. Me and my mom came here for the first time earlier today (I've always wanted to go).
Well I got fries and the Oreo iced coffee. Well the fries were made fresh and OUTSTANDING. The coffee was great. Fries is probably a weird choice because they specialize in donuts and stuff but I felt like fries. There's SO much I need to try there. I'll be back again and again, and I need to take my daughter there as well.
They also have a rewards program by the way, that's always good.
And they also provide great and quick service.
I love small businesses, this is definitely one I'd like to keep supporting.

I have never seen a box of donuts disappear so quickly. Gourmet donuts that taste completely different to what you are used to! Incredibly soft and delicate taste.

Unique donuts and very good chicken bites. Drinks were very good as well. Fun place.
So sad ...I really like this place and had two really good experiences but just had a really bad one :(
I went on GrubHub to order and it told me to go to Instagram to check the flavors. I went to Instagram but their flavors were from december. I took the website and I wasn't able to do anything on their website. I called them and he told me that he could tell me the flavors they had but since I didn't have a pen on me in that moment I wasn't able to. Once I had a pen and paper I called back about 2 minutes later and the phone just rang and rang and rang and rang. I decided to place my order and just put in the comments that I've tried to see the flavors if they could let me know what the flavors are and then of course they just canceled my order. 45 minutes of trying to order from them just to have it canceled what a bummer.

Went to Pinku for my second ever visit with kids on Saturday about 9:30am. Place is cute and we were the only customers. I was greeted by the worker and we ordered a half dozen donuts. We did have an issue in payment. I was asked prior if I was paying cash or card and I said cash. Then when rang up, it gave two separate bill amounts for cash or non-cash. I was told to pay the non-cash amount, and I questioned my screen, which wasn’t the same as her screen, which only showed the higher non-cash payment (she showed me). The worker told me she didn’t understand why there were two amounts, but for me to pay the higher amount. So I switched to my card payment and paid the higher amount and then was prompted for gratuity which I quickly declined. I ended up paying just over 17% tax/fees on the stated cost per half dozen. Whatever tech glitch happened here needs to be rectified for future payments for any customer.
My kids and I had the donuts at home and they were flavorful, but underwhelming and average at best. I could tell they weren’t super fresh as we had tried their donuts prior as well as many other donuts from other establishments for comparison.
I’d be hesitant on returning for the cost verse product quality.

Korean corn dogs were too greasy. No flavor at all.

I promised my sons a boba with donuts when they got home from school today, so I checked online and found the only nearby store opening at 11 am . Since I had to be at work by 1 pm. I drove 40 minutes to get there. When I arrived, the worker was outside talking to two friends. I went inside, thinking there might be another worker, and waited for over five minutes. I noticed a bell, so I rang it several times, but no one came. Then I realized it was just him working there. Frustrated, I decided to leave and spend my money somewhere else that values its customers. As I was walking outside, he asked if I was there for donuts. Poor customer service. Guys, spend your money at a place where it’s truly appreciated.

I went the first time and had a corn dog and the fried chicken. I liked it a lot. I went recently again and the fried chicken was totally different and gross. Barely any crispy batter. The chicken was rubbery and dry. The worker had no personality and was unfriendly.

Gentlemen behind the register was very courteous
I’ve tried this place twice already online it looks so cute but in person the place remained empty both times with workers whom tried being nice but looked like they hated their life. The coffee was watered down each time, the corn dog tasted microwaved and the donuts were stale I wanted to love this place because of the pink aesthetic but it was just a disappointment each time
The donuts are SUPER expensive for no reason I can tell, but they do taste pretty good, I recommend getting the chiro one. It's very nicely decorated but it's always understaffed and every time I eat there I feel like I'm about to get arrested for trespassing cause it's so empty.

This place has cute aesthetics! This was my first time trying a Korean corn dog. Honestly, I wasn’t too impressed. The potatoes were very very crispy. So crispy they were hard. Also. It wasn’t salted enough. I got the half beef half cheese. I didn’t like the beef. Next time I think I’ll go with just cheese!!
