Slowest service I have ever received for one pizza. Waited more than 1 hour for just a cheese pizza. The whole set up they have is ridiculous. As they take the pizzas out of the oven and box them, they just stack the pizzas. So my pizza sat on the counter at the bottom for 10 minutes as I stood there waiting for it. Customer service is horrible too.

This place is usually really good as far as Attleboro pizza standards. Tonight they forget to include the blue cheese I asked for and then I found a hair in the side of marinara they did include with my Buffalo chicken calzone. Really wish I didn’t tip them. This is pizza step your game up!

If you're looking for a really good pizza shop, you really should try here. The food is made from a real old style oven. Which you can taste in the pizza. Made and cooked fantastic.

Ordered a large Sicillian Pizza with extra cheese and a small cheese pizza on New Year's eve. I sensed the person taking my order misunderstood, so I stressed "just a sicilian pizza with extra cheese". Got there, paid and went to my car. Thought the price was a little steep so sure enough I open the box and it's got a ton of toppings on it. I bring it back in and tell them it's wrong and they question what I said on the phone. Apparently the pizza they gave me was a "Sicilliana" pizza. Very frustrating as I know I stressed that I just wanted an extra cheese Siclian. No biggie, "it will take 5 minutes" they said. I proceed to sit down at a table and wait OVER 45 minutes. I am sometimes far too patient a person and I got burned for it. My biggest gripes were 1 - It's Covid and they took the Pizza back after I went to my car? 2 - I sat there for 45 minutes and the people that told me it would be 5 minutes never, until about 40 minutes or so, asked the guy making the pizza why the Sicilian wasn't done 3 - I sat there for 45 minutes, involuntarily, in an unventilated indoor restaurant during a deadly pandemic and absolutely no one cared to wonder why the pizza didn't come out in the promised 5 minutes so that there'd be one less person in the building 4-After noticing the pizza being put into the separate sicillian after 40 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer, she said "oh just 5 minutes with zero acknowledgment that I was told this 40 minutes ago 5 -After sitting down again, I was going to let it go, but I said "Hey, since I paid for a pizza with 9,000 toppings instead of the extra cheese pizza I ordered, didn't I overpay?" She looked it up and said "Oh yeah" and gave me $5 back - THIS should have happened immediately without me having to ask (small additional gripe, nowhere on their website are prices posted and there are no menus visible when you're there so if you don't know any better you could be getting overcharged and have no idea) 6 - Finally got the pizza and finally received a quiet "sorry about that" to which I smiled with clenched teeth and said "Don't worry about it" only to get frustrated again upon getting back to my car and seeing the ice cold small cheese pizza that had sat in my car for going on 50 minutes. I'm not looking for freebies, but if it was my business, after all the screw ups and disregard for me as a customer, i would have first never taken back the wrong pizza, with Covid, they should have just said keep it and prior to the customer leaving, refunded their money or given them a gift card for a future visit. Honestly have to say I'll likely never return, to both the pizzeria and the restaurant across the way.

Just left here and got to tell you customer service is not trained. Myself I own a business that services the public so understanding customer service is #1 priority. So I don't understand what Don the owner is doing. Ordered my food at 5:50PM was told 30 minutes so went back to my truck and waited 35 minutes. Order wasn't ready was told "in the oven". Very patiently waited in the corner for another 1 hour mind u the place is packed with customers waiting (to many for pandemic standards, at one point counted 15). Finally the placed empty out and I was asked for the 3rd time what my order was at 7:45PM, pizza was not made I was LIED to 3 times. Then I get home live, 5 minutes away my wife's pizza is burned because they rushed it and my Chicken Parm is ice cold? Hmm if it was just made why is it cold? Nevertheless I was very polite and even left them a $5 tip but the manager on duty apologized but no discount or credit even. Tell you what Luciano's were I have taken plenty of clients with my Limousine company would not stand for this. Anyway my apologies on bad review but there were a number of customers angry and requested refunds then left, not goo

GREAT food!!! Their pasta choices for dinners used to be angel hair or rigatoni. For some reason rigatoni has disappeared for some time now. Not sure why, but I'm very disappointed!!!

Ordered takeout. Couldn’t believe there was a shard of glass in the pizza! Called the restaurant and the manager Don picked up and started the conversation by saying “there is no glass in the restaurant” and then said “call the health department” wouldn’t refund the food or replace. Don was nasty and started being nasty from the moment he picked up.

Great pizza during COVID. Stopped by on 11/13/20, and enjoyed a great pizza with my wife. A damp rainy day, but my wife and I enjoyed the pizza and friendly service!

Always love Pizzeria Canova when we are in Attleboro! Authentic Italian style pizza with fresh ingredients! Huge slices for a great price. Delicious pizza!

We moved to Attleboro in April and I have struggled to find good pizza, until now:) Its all about dough, people. The crust was perfect, crispy and chewy not an easy thing to pull off. Grubhub screwed up part of the order, no matter the pizza arrived hot and on time. For future orders, and there will be many we will take the ride to pick up, trust me it’s worth it, great job Canova!
