The WORST bagels we have ever had! Obviously they are not baked on site. I bought 14 different bagels. Once in the car and felt them they were all cold and hard Probably made, baked then frozen off site. I all most walked back in the store for a refund. I will ve contact g there HQ for a refund

I stopped on my way home from work today but realized as I pulled up to the drive thru that they were closed. As I was about to drive away the owner stopped me and ended up offering me a whole bag of pastries they had left over. Not only did he go out of his way to be generous but the pastries were delicious! I will absolutely be coming back!

Usually, my experience here is mid, but today I experienced the best customer service I have experienced in a while. My sandwich was made quickly and efficiently. The staff was super welcoming, kind, and upbeat. I was on the brink of not returning to this location, but this sole interaction changed that for me entirely and I will be back next week! It was 3 guys I wish I got some names but they’re incredible!

I absolutely love their bagels. They are straight out of New York. My only reason for not giving five stars is because they Have plastic utensils. In a state that is called literally the ocean state this is a no no for the environment.

Used to go to the north providence location all the time but man this one is awful. Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a small iced coffee. Waited 25 minutes for the coffee that was wrong and then went to eat my bagel and it was ice cold. Used to love this place but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Providence bagel used to be my favorite bagel place. I’ve been visiting Providence bagels for at least three years.Today Is the worst experience I’ve had so far. I asked for two everything bagels with extra bacon, scallion cream cheese I received almost no cream cheese, which makes me mad because I paid for extra and this is what I receive. I think everybody can agree that a bagel without a sufficient amount of cream cheese is not enjoyable. The service can be excellent, the atmosphere can be wonderful but if your serving shitty food it all means nothing. I don’t think I’ll be returning again. This is a sad day for me.

Not only is it overpriced. I asked them for extra toasted, and my sandwich was wet soggy the egg was completely cold. They were very rude. They didn’t greet me anything. They didn’t say sorry for the way. Nothing the coffee was awful. I would not recommend a dog to go here. Worst experience ever I will never ever ever go there again and I don’t recommend you do either. I paid $15 for crap coffee and an undercooked sandwich worst experience ever.
Ordered a medium cold brew with milk and caramel. Got a black regular coffee. Didn’t tell me they don’t have milk or cold brew anymore. Three separate customers came back with wrong sandwiches while I was there. As I’m typing the mistakes are piling up and there’s only one order to make so it’s not busy. Never again

I have tried this place three times. 2/3 my order was wrong and it has been outrageously expensive. Bagels are good. Coffee grounds in my coffee today and every time I have been since (3)
Management graciously helped me out with this. I went by today and had a great experience.

I’ve truly been a champion of this place—I had some fantastic bagels when they first opened. Unfortunately, every drive-thru experience since then has been disappointing. The wait is consistently 15–20 minutes, even when I’m just ordering a single bagel with very little traffic. The bagels themselves often feel undersized or not fresh, and today I even received a completely different bagel than what I ordered. The staff also seems to be struggling to keep up.
I’m sharing this feedback because I hope it can be a learning opportunity. I’d love to return knowing I can count on a smooth experience and the same great bagels that won me over in the beginning.

Always very slow service , front bagle area not in use and filthy not cleaned after it was last used, counter person only seems to take orders no other dues and stands around between orders. Management should utilize employees time better
