I have tried this place three times. 2/3 my order was wrong and it has been outrageously expensive. Bagels are good. Coffee grounds in my coffee today and every time I have been since (3)
Management graciously helped me out with this. I went by today and had a great experience.

I’ve truly been a champion of this place—I had some fantastic bagels when they first opened. Unfortunately, every drive-thru experience since then has been disappointing. The wait is consistently 15–20 minutes, even when I’m just ordering a single bagel with very little traffic. The bagels themselves often feel undersized or not fresh, and today I even received a completely different bagel than what I ordered. The staff also seems to be struggling to keep up.
I’m sharing this feedback because I hope it can be a learning opportunity. I’d love to return knowing I can count on a smooth experience and the same great bagels that won me over in the beginning.

Always very slow service , front bagle area not in use and filthy not cleaned after it was last used, counter person only seems to take orders no other dues and stands around between orders. Management should utilize employees time better

Got the everything bagel with vegan chive cream cheese. The cream cheese is good, tastes similar to tofutti. The bagel was SO good! My only complaint is that my omni husband got dairy cream cheese, we ordered in the drive thru, and the bagels weren’t labeled to differentiate between the two. Luckily the difference is visible when vegan cream cheese begins melting, and he taste tested to confirm. I don’t live in the area, but would definitely come back!

This place has the potential to be decent, but if you walk in and see the individual at the counter with the long brown hair (pony tail) and glasses, turn around and find a Dunkin or something instead. This person is the absolute worst - won't say a word to you (even if you tip), screws up the order, doesn't say a word about the long wait time, and to top it off, will awkwardly shout your order at the counter (even though you are the only customer in the place) rather than walk it the extra two steps to your table like all the other employees do. Also, big tip: don't get the sandwiches with egg in them unless you are willing to pay extra for double egg. The amount of egg they give you by default will really bum you out!

Used to be awesome when it was just providence and i used to go every day. Quality has suffered greatly with each store opening. Now they said they no longer have cold brew! Not for me anymore.

I was greeted when I walked through the door by Kayla, very attentive and sweet. Overall a good experience. I got a bagel sandwich with spicy honey on it and it was very good. The latte was also good with mocha In it. They asked which type of milk for my latte without me having to ask which I thought was a nice touch you don’t see in many places. Overall the staff and food was great 😊 -CJ
