Got the everything bagel with vegan chive cream cheese. The cream cheese is good, tastes similar to tofutti. The bagel was SO good! My only complaint is that my omni husband got dairy cream cheese, we ordered in the drive thru, and the bagels weren’t labeled to differentiate between the two. Luckily the difference is visible when vegan cream cheese begins melting, and he taste tested to confirm. I don’t live in the area, but would definitely come back!

This place has the potential to be decent, but if you walk in and see the individual at the counter with the long brown hair (pony tail) and glasses, turn around and find a Dunkin or something instead. This person is the absolute worst - won't say a word to you (even if you tip), screws up the order, doesn't say a word about the long wait time, and to top it off, will awkwardly shout your order at the counter (even though you are the only customer in the place) rather than walk it the extra two steps to your table like all the other employees do. Also, big tip: don't get the sandwiches with egg in them unless you are willing to pay extra for double egg. The amount of egg they give you by default will really bum you out!

Don’t bother. You don’t get what you order as they sold donuts I had ordered to customer behind. The bagels are absolutely covered in cream cheese all over making it difficult to eat.

Used to be awesome when it was just providence and i used to go every day. Quality has suffered greatly with each store opening. Now they said they no longer have cold brew! Not for me anymore.

I was greeted when I walked through the door by Kayla, very attentive and sweet. Overall a good experience. I got a bagel sandwich with spicy honey on it and it was very good. The latte was also good with mocha In it. They asked which type of milk for my latte without me having to ask which I thought was a nice touch you don’t see in many places. Overall the staff and food was great 😊 -CJ

They cut the sandwiches in half with it already wrapped in tin foil. There are fragments of tin foil inside the bagel or whatever you get when you open it. Don't wanna eat that.

Should’ve used the empty parking lot as a warning. Bagels and donuts are clearly frozen. Cream cheese was okay, but I ordered the bacon scallion and didn’t really taste the bacon. The donuts were terrible in taste, texture, and quality. The aftertaste of freezer burn was so strong I couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth for about an hour.

Once and while I will take a group of my developmental disable adults to this location. Not only is the environment for them welcoming but a particular staff Kayla is warm, kind and knows them all by name and their orders but her patience is unmatched. The individuals I serve enjoy coming here simply for the staff that is incredibly kind.
