Have used many times. Great from start to finish.

Morins is considered a premier caterer in the Newport RI area and they lived up to their name and expectations. The planning process was seamless with Christina and we loved the selection that we were given. There were many options available for gluten free/vegan guests and I loved how careful they were about keeping track of specific allergies/dietary restrictions.
Although I didn’t eat much the night of the wedding, the food was delicious and plentiful. The attendant that they provided us was very proactive about providing us with food and drinks throughout the night. They even gave us a box of food to go home which was so sweet. Christina was fantastic to work with and made us feel very confident that our day would go off without a hitch.

My husband and I married 9/1/23. Til this day people tell us how it was handsdown their favorite wedding of all time. We married at the Cove Cabin, used all of their preferred venders and it was truly perfect.

We worked with Christina, who was instrumental in making sure we were right on track with planning. She was kind, professional, helpful and supportive.

I was planning it 3000 miles away from RI in LA so it was comfortable having such a pro like her on our side.

We even got to have her be there day of which was a real treat!

Our tasting was wonderful. We still dream of it and the food was out of this world.

The staff were top notch and everything looked so perfect.

Was it my experience as an executive assistant in Hollywood instrumental in organization? Yes! However, Christina and her team really took the time to place everything- everywhere we imagined and made it all so perfect!

So I am happy to give 5 stars ..

Only sad truth is - Russell Morin’s ALWAYS posts their couples … we are a .. if I do say so myself ..a beautiful couple and they never posted a single thing about us. I tagged them on social media, so did DJ Corey Young ( another TOP notch choice for our day from their select vendors) .. we lit that dance for up!! We had the CO 2 guns and everything! I asked them on social media - hey?! Where is the love… post us! They asked for our professional photos from our photographer and said they would … and unfortunately, a year and a month later .. still no love. I just find that one thing ODD. So here’s a pic on their reviews to show the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!!!

Oh and we will def be ordering our cake to go in the future ?

Russell Morin was absolutely incredible to work with. Their professionalism is unmatched and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Their food and service was amazing and we have received so many compliments about our wedding because of them. I had the pleasure of working with Liz throughout the entire planning process, and also the actual day of our wedding, and she is the reason all of our wedding dreams came true! Liz and the other wedding day staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us and we could not be more grateful. I would recommend this company to anyone having a wedding or similar event - they are the best of the best.

We got married at the Glen Manor House and Russell Morin was the exclusive caterer for our venue. From start to finish, it was so seamless and easy to work with the RM team. We were so impressed with the professionalism, quality of service, and positive attitude of every person we worked with. Specifically, Liz Prosser, she is a Glen Manor House guru and is such an expert at what she does. I had started working with her about a year and a half before the wedding and it was so great. I was in constant communication with her over the entire planning process. I constantly had questions for her, and she was so responsive, helpful, understanding, and kind! I wouldn't have wanted to work with any other team. The entire staff on the wedding day conducted the wedding so perfectly and they were so helpful!!! And of course, the food was AMAZING! I also came to the venue with quite detailed instructions of how I wanted my provided inventory set up for the different aspects of the wedding (bar, entrance, table settings) and the RM team had no issues with it, and they set it all up perfectly! I cannot recommend Russell Morin enough!! They are top tier!!!

Russell Morin catered our daughter’s wedding this past July and we could not be more pleased. The catering staff is friendly. efficient, and discreet. From the scrumptious appetizers to the delicious entrees, gluten free cake, and late night snacks, every offering was delicious and served at its optimal temperature. I was relaxed enough to enjoy myself as a guest at my own daughter’s wedding because it was easy to see we were in such good hands. Even our most discerning guests gushed over the delicious offerings and the lovely service. It was like stepping back into a lovelier and more pleasant time.

Had an amazing experience working with Russell Morin Catering for our wedding at Shining Tides. Krista was SO helpful during the planning process and extremely responsive for the months leading up to wedding day - very detail oriented. Food on the day of was amazing and we got so many compliments from our guests! The entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

From start to finish, our experience with Russel Morin was memorable and seamless. Every staff member we worked with, from initially touring our venue, to going over all of the details of our wedding, to the day of coordinators, even the chef and wait staff went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. So many of our friends and family commented on the high level of service and attentiveness of the staff. Our day of coordinators (Maggie and Lori) were amazing to work with. They made our day stress free. They were on top of everything, accounted for every detail, and were extremely accommodating not only to us, but also our family and friends. The food was amazing – so many of our friends and family said how much they enjoyed it. We feel so grateful to have worked with such an amazing team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event/catering company for their future wedding.

I can’t say enough about this catering company! Not only was the food delicious but the staff and service were over the top! They catered to our vegan, vegetarian and gluten free friends. They left their work area spotless too. Worth the Five Star rating!

Horrible don’t work here!! People are rude the boss is an idiot what a joke worst job ever don’t waste your time!

As a part ofYour package they promise you a day of wedding coordinator and you would assume there’s no way they wouldn’t 100% have your wedding day supported and planned for the amount of money hey charge and I can assure you when it comes down to it when they don’t have one, they don’t care how much you Paid they will convince you you’re nuts after the wedding day is over like that wasn’t a part of your contract and emails and pretend the “manager” was also your coordinator , trust me it’s not they will harass your vendors to do all clean up and services and they will cut corners against your big day to save on staff. Every single part of my wedding day was not executed properly to the point my day was a blur of me handling it all , being rushed or being upset because of how morin’s managed wedding day . When I emailed after confronting them I did not receive a day of wedding coordinator to assure everything runs smoothly and it’s standard with their package I would’ve been better off hiring my own and having a catering company that actually focuses on the food and service unfortunately with glen manor you have no choice but to deal with this awful company , we should’ve been reimbursed for not having a day of wedding coordinator and also she didn’t show up to the 2 week prior meeting I should’ve known something wasn’t right

Twice now we have tried to use Morin's for our corporate meetings. Both times they couldn't be bothered to follow up on our inquiry or call back to finalize our request. We do not recommend them!

I have photographed a few weddings in which they have done the catering and they are absolutely fantastic. I don't speak just of the food, they have impeccable service as well. I used to be in the service industry and I highly appreciate good service at the amazing weddings I photograph.

Absolutely fantastic! From Day 1 of planning to walking out of the Providence Public Library after the night of nuptials, everything was perfect.The entire staff was focused on Job #1 - hosting an amazing event for my bride, myself and our 120 guests.The food and the service were amazing, the "Day Of" Team were on point from the rehearsal to us getting on the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night.I cannot thank the team enough, especially Nicole! To say that I recommend Russell Morin is an understatement, the good things to say about them are endless. They catered my wedding in August and were beyond fantastic. Throughout the entire process they were communicative, friendly, and professional. On our wedding day, everything was set up perfectly, the bar service was great, and there were zero slip ups. Most importantly, the food was EASILY the I've ever had at a wedding. I received compliments from 20+ people about how good the food was, with many of those from people who have attended 10+ weddings, who said it was the best they ever had. My husband and I had a personal attendant the entire night who was great and made sure we had everything we needed. I wish we could have a second wedding so that we could have Russell Morin's food again! I would be a mistake to not hire them.
