Super friendly staff, very cool environment. And great selection. I'll definitely be going back. For the IPA lovers the 1911 is delicious.

Great cocktails! I got the Painkiller and it was really good. Service was very friendly and fast! Will definitely be back!

Their beers are amazing their whiskey is boring or just straight up poorly made. I honestly think Skyroc should just stick with their beers and remove the wines and spirits.

Just had a vasectomy and I pulled over a high top table chair to elevate my feet on the bottom rung(where everyone that sit in these chairs put their feet while sitting in them) I was approached by two different individuals saying that was not allowed. And physically moved the chair away from me even though I explained my pain but they didn’t care. I pointed to everyone else who had their feet on that rung and they still didnt care. It’s required to sit in the chair to put feet on that location. Being my second time here it’ll be my last. I can’t abide by stupid rules. It’s a chair in a bar…. That being said beer was good wine was not

We've been to Skyroc several times with friends and have enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks! However, the last two times, the AC has either not been turned on or is broken. I can't enjoy myself while sweating indoors. I surely would have ordered another drink had I been comfortable. I hope the issue can be resolved soon!!!

Really great microbrewery. The only downside is that there is zero food here. Not even packets of chips. So you have to bring your own which requires planning and m, quite honestly, is a bit of a pain. That aside, superb beers and whiskeys.

Went to a family event there during the day and it was a terrible experience!!! It was the least family friendly breweryI’ve ever been to, and we have been to many in the area!!! There were a good 9-10 families with young children who were well behaved, but were acting like children. The owner spent a LOT of his time telling all of the parents there to stop the kids from running, to be quiet because it was waking up (his?) dogs upstairs, & admonished tired parents holding their babies from leaning on (not sitting at!) bar stools. Every single family there was spoken to for some ridiculous reason and not in a nice way!In addition to that, my daughter who is pregnant asked for a Diet Coke and the only way to get it was to order a $12.50 rum & Coke sans the rum. Such a rip off!!!It’s too bad the management turned off all of the families there today.(we all left and will not return!)If Skyroc does not want to welcome families with children there, you should advertise that, not treat them so badly. There are so many other breweries that happily welcome families with children where we will spend our money!!

I’ve been to Skyroc twice and really enjoyed going both times! I love that it’s a small local place and it’s neat that it’s both a brewery and distillery. We came in the evening in a weeknight and a Friday night and the atmosphere was great each time! I will say I wish it was open later. Closing at 8 seems a bit early and made it more difficult to go.As for the drinks, the beers were great and the cocktails left quite a bit to be desired. For the beers the mango sour and blueberry beer were both great, but the mango whiskey sour that I got wasn’t anything special and didn’t seem to be any mango in it at all. It even had a lemon garnish instead of mango like the menu said. The cocktails that others ordered that I tried weren’t the best either (Blackberry Mule and Moonshine Mai Tai) The cocktail menu is nice and big but I wonder if they might be better off specializing and focusing on making just a few of them well. The prices are pretty reasonable for them though!I’ll be back for sure, but more for the brewery than the distillery!

Quite disappointing tonight. We came out to relax and have a beer, sat on the distillery side and the gentleman behind the bar was quite abrasive in telling us to take the growlers off the bar and go to the other side. Refilled the growlers and left!

Great whiskey. The owner Nate is fun to talk to.

Everyone aside from the owner was great. It seemed like everything we did was a burden to the owner and the tone he took every time he spoke with us was just rude. Even with shifting one chair from a table over to another was an issue and we had a pretty big group that was all paying customers so he had plenty of opportunities to make us feel more welcome.
