Do NOT get their brisket burger, brisket pieces are burnt to a black unappetizing crisp, like overscorched bacon, no taste whatsoever.. the burger meat was fine but in my next truffle burger it was totally burnt on the bottom surface and not pleasant to eat at all.. the truffle flavor was nice but this place has to get there burgers together before I come back here. Do not recommend.

I came into Smashburger for the first time and ordered the All-American Smash with Smash Fries. The burger was small, burnt, salty, and just plain nasty. It was honestly disgusting. On top of that, the service was terrible. When I walked in, a white woman at the counter was already cussing out a DoorDash driver who was just trying to pick up his order and leave. She was rude, nasty, and unprofessional, and it made the whole place feel uncomfortable. The rest of the crew didn’t seem happy to be there either, and it showed in how everything was handled. Overall, the food was bad, the service was worse, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered 4 Double Smoked Brisket Bacon smash through Uber Eats, the patties were too dry, the brisket totally burnt, please do not order, worst burgers around.
Sloppy, fries were nasty but I was hungry but for 20$ for this burger and soggy cold fries. I’ll never ever go back there gross not gonna lie and I took it to go and tipped 10 percent why I don’t even know I regret going there
