Not much to praise not much to hate. They seemed well staffed and place looked clean enough when I came in for my pick up order. Ordering app is clunky and it took me a a few attempts for my order to go through without an error message. The Burger I got was decent, definitely over-seasoned though... some bites were insanely salty. Fries were actually pretty good and I saw that they fry their stuff in beef tallow which is cool. My wife enjoyed the vanilla milk shake I got for her which was acceptable for the $7 price tag.
My thoughts are burger could have been much better for a place called “Smashburger”, although Smashburger’s burgers are larger than shake shack burgers, shake shack burgers taste and are made better (for the same price).
Overall I would recommend Smashburger but don’t expect them to set the bar on smash burger expectations if you are a connoisseur.

Wasn’t very busy when I went this past weekend. The tables were dirty so we cleaned one to sit down, I ordered a burger with apple wood smoked bacon and it wasn’t raw bacon! My man got a burger with jalapeños and they were supposed to be cooked and were raw, fries weren’t anything special rosemary kinda takes over . I won’t be going back especially we spent $52 and drove an hour to get there and was so disappointed

Downgraded their menu severely. In burger they put only one small slice of tomato and 2 inch patch of lattice thats all no onion, no pickle, no dressing at all and patty was small compared to last smashburger menu. This business is running scam now. Macdonald burger is way more better.

First off we ordered off of the computer menu behind the employee. They stated that the item we want is no longer part of the revamp? But it’s on the screen behind you? No one told the screen about the revamp? The French fries were cold. The burger was not memorable and the employees are stoned. The burger came out before the cold fries? I’m so confused. I’m good Next time 5 guys.
