Bought a simple blt on a wrap through doordash. I even paid extra for 40% more ingredients. It came with virtually no lettuce. Four of the tiniest tomatoes. And the wrap was stale. I called the store three times, just rang and rang and rang.I wish I could post a photo here... I was able to send the photo to doordash and they were appalled and refunded me. It almost felt intentional. I when I go there and am watching them make the food, it's always great, but because I ordered it for doordash it felt like they truly did it on purpose. There was literally 10 tiny shreds of lettuce and the wrap was stale! How could that have been a mistake?

I when in the first guy was kool then this random girl like she dint want b there she put 3 tomatoes in the footlong i almost laugth i can you put more but wait for it when I got home i end up figuring it out bread mad stale if subway higher experience this they would get shut down

I'm giving the staff a 5 star rating just for the fact that they are understaffed and always get the job done. Even during the busiest times, the staff stay level headed and focused. Keep up the good work. They all deserve a raise!

I usually place a mobile order so that I can add/remove things from my sandwich, get points for the order, and it's ready by the time I get there. The people at this location must not be able to read as there is ALWAYS something wrong about my order. I only return because it's close to where I live and usually a quick, healthy option but for the love of God please read the mobile order tickets carefully and if you mess up (accidents happen) start over and don't give out a sandwich that's not made to order.

Workers need to wash their hands and change their gloves. I just watched my sub maker cash me out with gloves on and he didnt change his gloves or wash his hands after.

I gave two stars because I ordered the steak and cheese beast. With toasted bread the bread was burnt to a crisp where I had to flake off the burnness. I've ordered from here before. Nothing like this. It was bad.

Never buying from here ever again. I ordered a door dash and they couldn't even remember to put my cookies into the bag that I Paid for!

I was very disappointed with my order last night, sandwiches were not made the way they were ordered, bread was not toasted as ordered, none of the extra items were added on. Will not be returning to this location.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. It does not even deserve a one star. Very bad customer service. I came here at 8:45 pm and this places closes at 9 pm. Door was already locked. I drove here around 8:40 pm lights were out. I had to double check the hours on Google. The female working here on 12/1/23 during the night shift was very rude, she was a complete jerk. I live in Attleboro and never received customer service like this before. It was very disappointing and disgusting the way she ignored me at the door.
