Don't say you're open until 3 am then be hesitant to take orders over a half hour before closing, and have an app that refuses to take any orders 35 minutes before closing.
And, if you're not some fat American that likes everything doused in cheese, don't come here.

Seen three members of staff passing around what seem to be a weed pen and all of them smoking it and breathing it out onto food place needs to be restarted and needs a member from corporate to help this place to normal standards, next up is the food the food was cold in the middle the food also had extremely little filling please help this place

I ordered delivery from this location today and they forgot half my order and when message them about it all they would give me is a coupon for 1 free item will never order form this location again. Will definitely be contacting corporate

if i could give this place zero stars i would. i would never think to leave a review for a fast food chain but this location is actually so terrible it’s a shame it’s even still open. the workers hold up the drive thru line ALL THE TIME. the workers don’t even have the audacity to communicate with you that they are closed or to shut off their lights. instead it takes an angry man to scream at the top of his lungs to get someone on the mic just for them to say “they have no headsets so they are closed” which was never disclosed to anyone in line the whole 20 mins waiting in the drive thru. mind you it is 10 at night so there inside is closed per usual. honestly just shut this place down. it’s been years and no improvement.

For the third time I have placed a mobile order and they had me go around , what is the point of ordering ahead of time to give them more of a opportunity to make my food if it just makes it harder on me.waited on the side of the building for 10 mins after going through the drive through and then telling me to go around and eventually went inside to see what was going on , two mobile orders passed by me and I eventually went up to complain and they had my food sitting there and didn’t even care this is the third time it’s happened this place stinks !.
We now key in our own orders, act as our own cashier, but wait 3x as long for food to be ready.

I ask for steak taco n steak nachos they both came with 3 to 4 peace of meat the mess up on my Oder the first time n the second time that they had to remake it this is what they gave me

I’ve came here in different occasions and it never changes. The people who I’ve made my orders with never fail. They are rude, unprofessional, food is served with tortillas cold, cheesey fiesta potatoes were hard and they didn’t even serve it normal size they put less, manager tonight looked like he couldn’t manage getting agitated because his employee was ringing order up wrong. Save your money go to Taco Bell on Newport Avenue way better served fresh and hot and the hot line is clean when making Tacos, people are professional and well mannered. I won’t waste my time coming here anymore after tonight. Lead with example and professionalism!!
This place is sad... I'm from Attleboro, and it's disappointing the way this place is managed. Today around 11:20pm 10/29/24, the worker gave me the wrong order. It's not the first time.. it's likely the 7th or 8th time that I've had issues there, and when I get home, I can't eat. I'm always disappointed. I usually go at night, when it seems like the manager isn’t there because there’s no way a manager is present. I was so frustrated again that I called tacobell to ask if I could at least get my money back, and he said I had to come in and then hung up on me. Dude, really? I’m not going there anymore, but please improve your place. The people you have working don’t seem to care about their jobs.. just kids working without any respect. Excuse my words. I’m not going back to this Taco Bell anytime soon, but this is a message for management: Open your eyes !
