Made an online order 30 minutes before arriving arrived at the restaurant and went in to pick up the food the manager on was very rude not only was the food not ready they made me wait an other 40 minutes to pick up my order because I accidentally ordered for the drive threw instead of the inside pick up while waiting in line I noticed bugs crawling on the wall

Horrible customer service, every time I come here there’s something missing in my order and they’re very unprofessional and try to blame the customer. Tried to For my missing items with the receipt a minute after getting out of line, they told me my receipt number did not exist Even though there was a time stamp on it and only a minute had passed.

I’ve been to this location plenty of time. Yes they do mess up your order sometime but what fast food restaurants doesn’t do that? Floors are always sticky, customer service was great I feel like people should smile more. It does get packed at night time. But all in all 3.5 out 5
The girl that help us was very polite, I know is Taco Bell, but we had questions, she help us while smiling, thank you Dulce (I think that’s the spelling) for helping us!

Never remembering stuff for my order, I ordered 3 items one of which was a combo meal and some how didn’t even get the main item in it. But I’m glad I paid for it
