Been here 3 times they messed up order twice and took 30 minutes will never return

Opens at 8am. I showed up at 9:45 and sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. Saw one woman poke her head out around the corner staring at her phone. She saw the 2 cars in the drive through and immediately turned around. Tried to go inside but the doors were locked. Im usually pretty patient but this was not ok.

Went through the drive through and the person taking my order sighed at me sounding very annoyed because I wanted to change my drink. I'm sorry that was so hard for you to do your job. Still better than the south Attleboro Taco Bell but service sucks.

Honestly, I only have one word to describe this place: weird! It’s only been here for a couple years, but it’s by far the least enjoyable Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. When I’m feeling down, I usually head over to the nearest TB for a taco and a smile. You never get a smile here and you’re lucky if you even get the taco! More than once I’ve headed over after a tiff with the missus and been turned away! The heck? You don’t want my money? Honestly it’s pretty crumbelievable that they’re still open when they can’t serve food until their advertised hours. Fridays are the wurst in my experience, so if you’re feeling down on a Friday night find another TB to pick you up.

Tonight, around 11 PM, I had an extremely unpleasant experience. A whte woman named Michelle, who had black hair and appeared to be lying about her name, approached me at the drive-thru window. She spoke to me in an arrogant tone and began questioning why I was explaining how Taco Bell had gotten my orders wrong at this location at least 14 times before this one. Michelle said she was the manager and was incredibly rude and treated me poorly. Honestly, this place is very poorly managed. As the owner, you should review the security footage to see how your employees are damaging the reputation of the business and showing no respect for customers. The "manager", who should be leading by example, is the one who treats customers the worst. It's a disgraceful place, and unfortunately, I feel uneasy about returning, as I'm concerned someone might tamper with my food. Over 14 incorrect orders in the past, and when I tried speaking to the manager, it felt as though she was arguing with me, implying that it was my responsibility to accept wrong orders..
