We haven't been to Unos in a long time so we figured we'd try it. We found it to be nothing like we used to know it.. the service and the food were not good. There was a group of us and all of our food was not good but we only sent one plate back and they took that off the bill.. we didn't want to complain so we didn't say anything about the other foods. The salmon was dry. The chicken breast was very chewy. The pizza was tasteful, but veru doughy and undercooked. Needless to say we would not recommend nor return.

I fairness I did not eat anything so I can't give that a rating specifically, but we walked in and waited at the host stand for around 5 minutes. Watched a big fly down and hit the wall. Used my flashlight to see it closer, and it turn out to be a cockroach. When someone finally arrived to the front I pointed it out to them and they did not seemed to be alarmed in the slightest. Did not move to kill it or get a manager to take care of it. She seemed confused when I said we were all set with being seated. Gross

So my boyfriend and I went here for lunch on Easter around 2:00 p.m. We were greeted by a friendly male host who seated us and then the server (another nice young man) came to our table to introduce himself. Both young men were very professional and we were pleased with the customer service. The restaurant was very quiet (especially for Easter) so I was hoping the food would be good. My boyfriend had the mushroom burger and I had the Beyond meatless burger. He had a Guinness canned beer and I had the Blue Reef Margarita. Everything tasted excellent and we were thrilled! Would definitely recommend this to someone else, especially for lunch.

Ordered French onion soup to go. Very disappointed. No croutons or melted cheese on top or even crackers. . I can’t remember the description on the menu but it was a poor presentation regardless

My food was only slightly delayed and the manager went out of her way to “make it up” to me. She was overly kind and the service was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about her and how she runs the place.

Came in today and my server Sarah was top tier. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a discrepancy with the kitchen and our food, however, the manager Kristine came over and was super sweet and made sure we got taken care of. I will say I’ve been to other restaurants where there was an issue with my food and they weren’t reasonable about it at all. Customer service is 10/10 even though today wasn’t the best food experience I will be coming back to give them another shot! The appetizers were great and the baked brownie desert! Not to mention this place is spotless and very clean which is huge when eating out. Thank you both. -Noor and Amanda
