So my boyfriend and I went here for lunch on Easter around 2:00 p.m. We were greeted by a friendly male host who seated us and then the server (another nice young man) came to our table to introduce himself. Both young men were very professional and we were pleased with the customer service. The restaurant was very quiet (especially for Easter) so I was hoping the food would be good. My boyfriend had the mushroom burger and I had the Beyond meatless burger. He had a Guinness canned...
My food was only slightly delayed and the manager went out of her way to “make it up” to me. She was overly kind and the service was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about her and how she runs the place.
Came in today and my server Sarah was top tier. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a discrepancy with the kitchen and our food, however, the manager Kristine came over and was super sweet and made sure we got taken care of. I will say I’ve been to other restaurants where there was an issue with my food and they weren’t reasonable about it at all. Customer service is 10/10 even though today wasn’t the best food experience I will be...
