It’s an OK Wendy’s.. used to work at this location years ago but it’s certainly changed..

My last two visits, I was unfortunately met with a product that was unavailable, even though I purchased it already through the mobile app.

Be careful when purchasing items through the mobile app as they could be out of stock at the location and there’s no way to get a refund unless you contact the online customer service portal by phone number or email and waiting over a week for a response.

They will only give you a voucher instead of a refund on the product.

My latest visit I dealt with a order inside instead of ordering through the mobile app, and will only cause issues if things are out of stock, and I can’t call them to ask if they’re in stock on certain items because they don’t pick up the phone.

I ordered a Dave’s single with cheese, and instead received a Single Cheeseburger.. which unfortunately was not what I ordered. When biting into it, I can see they didn’t cook the patty enough and saw raw red meat in my burger (right where the bacon meets the burger), knowing they it wasn’t cooked long enough with bacon being on it.

The location recently had a facelift and updated the interior which looks so depressing.

No longer the bright wood tables and thematic carpeting that made the place feel homey.. it looks like a Walmart break room now with a rip off long john silver family table..

Overall the customer service in person is: 7/10
Overall the thematic appeal is now a: 3/10
Overall the quality of the food is now: 4/10
Overall customer service online is now: 2/10

Wendy’s has fallen short of basic standards of service.

I will only come back to this location because Pawtucket’s Wendy’s is understaffed and will get your order wrong 80% of the time.

Kid-friendliness: Friendly for kids / Interior is super bland

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s no ramp to get into the restaurant

I ordered a breakfast baconator sandwich. I requested no egg, however I thought this sandwich had 2 sausage patties and at least 4 slices of bacon.. My surprise when my sandwich had two half slices of bacon and one sausage patty. Just because I did not want an egg I got half the sandwich. Not ordering here again.

Do not have breakfast here.Servers are nice but yucky food. Sauvage overcooked and spicy(not labled). Croissant wasn't really a Croissant just a square. Coffee lukewarm. And at 9 to 10am no one inside maybe because it's cold inside.

This place will mess up your food 90 percent of the time. Didn't have the sauces I ordered online and instead of simply just asking if I wanted another sauce. She just assumed I wanted BBQ and gave me that. Also of course forgot some food.

Telling you people always triple check your orders because they will most likely have something missing. Because I guess working at Wendy's takes a genius to work there now.

Staff was friendly asked if we had takeout order . Did not so I ordered. Food came out fast was hot and good . No complaints at this particular Wendy's.. was also very clean at time of my visit .

AWFUL. First off at in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Then the man was super rude. I only wanted a kids meal for my son and I get home and he only put TWO out of FOUR chicken nuggets inside the bag. Whoever was working 12/1/24 at 7:40 pm needs to be fired !!

I told the drive thru I wanted extra pickles that I wanted them to violate my sandwich and they did exactly that !! They gave me extra pickles on the side as well best service and atmosphere I’ve experienced at Wendy’s 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I was in good mood it wasn't busy I ask for the biggie bag 5$ plus the 1.20 to make it large I pay I dint want brake a dollar so I gave 25 cents and i said keep the change you know make everyone like easy I'm in the parking lot eating my food when I got close to the end of the fries she put my change that said that could keep was in button of the fries so I when to the drive tru to let young girl that there's change in the fries I wasn't asking for refund I figure maybe it was accidental but then all she says is ok and if there was no apology like she did it on purpose
