3 is a push. Its dated. The food was bland. Marinated steak tips... but i have no idea what they were marinated in. Everything was bland. The potatoes, the steak, the drink, no wow factor.

Very good food and lots of it. Small beer menu. Uncomfortably noisy.

Tonight wasn't a great satisfaction from this restaurant! I occasionally order from this particular place because it's close to home but recently the server that I spoke to and placed an order had an attitude.! Not sure why but she hung up on me it must of been an accident but if it was I would think she would call me back knowing my phone number! She did not I replaced the call to make sure the order went through and again I was treated as trash I decided not to call back they obviously don't want the business and I don't feel like I should be treated this way. I hope the owner or persons in charge take care of this situation because I think they will endure a lot of losses considering a small town and everyone talks yes I understand the establishment is geared to the older generation but what about the young? I wish you the best and straightening out the negativity over there!!!

"I have a reservation for 4," I said to the young girl at the front when we walked in. She looked a mixture of overwhelmed, confused AND bored, a combination I didn't think was possible. But that's not on Weatherlaine's; just an observation."Just put 'em there," the older one responded to the bored one over her shoulder in between responses to the phone call she was on. Neither one asked for a name. (Huh. I must have the authoritative look or something.)We were seated right next to the noisy front desk AND the drafty door. The elderly in my party were not amused. I asked our waitress, when she breathlessly swooped in, if the empty table 2 tables away from the door was still one of her stations, since we would like to hop over to that one before dinner got rolling. She informed us that it wasn't her station, but that we could relocate and she would continue with us. So that was nice.Impressions? First, this place is noisy. There's no risk of your neighbors eavesdropping on your table conversation, which can be a good thing. Elevated voices required, but we didn't have to scream at each other. Secondly, it's "manageably cramped." It looks like it expanded organically over time, so short of a tear-down and rebuild, they've made the most of the space they have. But the food was good! All 4 of us cleaned our plates (2 baked scrods with a stuffed mushroom app, one ahi tuna and a French onion chicken sandwich) with just a clutch of roasted potatoes to take home. So, Weatherlaine's has been doing something right all these years. Admittedly it had been a good 2½ decades since I'd been there last, so my memory fades as to what it was like before. But it's quite good now! Well worth a visit... tell 'em you have a reservation. Nobody checks! ?

The service this evening was subpar Unfortunately the waitress was not her nice self. Had attitude tonight which was very disappointing. Have come here several times but unfortunately not any time soon. Last thing I need is attitude after long day of work. She chose this job and we were not rude at all ..... some of the food was served cold to the touch. Chose to not send backas it is not her fault and I didn't feel comfortable sending my meal back to be reheated.

First and LAST time I'll go here. Ordered take-out. 2 Fish n Chips w/a side of onion rings. Online Menu Pricing is fraudulent. Stated rings are $4; charged $9! Did NOT get Cole Slaw w/meals as stated on menu. Asked for sides of vinegar (not offered)...2 small side cups not full; only had about a teaspoon in each. Really needed it, too, to add flavor to fish and disguise taste of Fries. Everything tasted bland and disgusting...like a frozen microwave meal. Asked for extra crispy Fries...got grease-soaked ,wobbly, black, mushy yuck. A $58 Rip-Off and a belly-ache. I can't believe people accept such poor quality food/service and patronize places like this. This experience is unacceptable. What an insult to the customer! Will NOT RETURN...ever!

My third time here! I love this place! I never wait more than five minutes for a table, if that. Our server has always been amazing. Very knowledgeable about the specials and what's in them and if we can alter them according to our dietary restrictions. The food is always out fast and fresh. We really love the seafood here. It's hard these days to find good food that isn't a chain restaurant. The good ol family run restaurants with changing menus according to holidays and days of the week. This place is it. A hidden gem to those that don't get out to Attleboro enough or at all! You can take the train to Attleboro, just so you know ;)We also were able to have non-alcoholic special drinks and that really made us happy since we do not drink at all. It's all very hard to find bars and restaurants that offer delicious tasting non-alcoholic drinks. We love you guys! Bravo to the entire team. Even on a big holiday for people to go out, you guys pulled off everything quite effectively and effortlessly.I am posting all the food and drinks we got down below. I didn't eat most of mine as I had weight loss surgery and can't eat much in one sitting. But I did take it to go and eat some more the next day after putting it in my air fryer and it was just as good! There are both booths and tables with chairs to make for ease of accessibility. You can also sit at the bar and eat there if you wish.Parking: More than enough parking in lots, plus plenty of handicapped accessible parking.

I visit Wetherlaine's often. It's a great place to sit at the bar and have a good beer or ale from a good draught selection, they are well stocked, and can mix up almost any concoction you want. The food is very good here, my wife and I usually split the spinach artichoke dip and mozzarella wedges, which are made of high quality cheese that is luscious and stringy, and has a nice crunchy golden brown breading. (The marinara sauce is rich, full of herbs, and adds a nice zip to the mozzarella wedges). The spinach artichoke dip is nice and hot with deep flavor, and is never oily or separated like a lot of places. I usually get the spicy wasabi ahi tuna and have them serve it to me on a burger bun, to have as a tuna burger. I get it rare, and it comes out seared well, and nice and raw in the middle. The tuna steaks are rather small, and aren't quite enough for the actual spicy wasabi ahi tuna dinner plate, but the other entrees are generous. The restaurant is rather cramped, dark and dated. The bathroom situation is comical, and is not accessible. The waitstaff are neat, efficient, attentive and friendly. The bar staff are very knowledgeable, neat, professional, fairhanded, helpful and friendly. They make you feel glad you showed up. Wetherlaine's is located on a very busy street, but has ample parking in the i paved lot across the side street. It's a great place to come to with the family and the menu selection will suit almost anyone looking for good bar food, but don't want to break the bank.

We went there last night,Saturday night. It was busy which is a good sign. We started with the cauliflower app which was huge and delicious! I had the fish and chips and my wife had salmon rice salad. Both were huge and tasted awesome! Wish the bar a was bigger. Looked like all regulars. But the staff was awesome, friendly and attentive. I will be back soom
