Got chicken wings and chicken thighs. Both were very dry. Threw them away. Seemed like they were in the warmer all day.
I just bought a Willow Tree chicken pie from Market Basket in South Attleboro Massachusetts, I recently bought chicken pies from other companies and I was very disappointed so I was looking forward to a Willow Tree chicken pie because I remember having it years ago and it was excellent, back then it had lots of chicken chunks and vegetables, but I have not yet cooked it, reading these reviews is not making me feel great about this purchase, if these terrible reviews that I am reading are true, I have one question, chicken is extremely cheap and it's your business, why would you risk your products reputation by skimping out on something as cheap as chicken? I will eventually eat it I hope they're wrong but there are plenty of reviews that are very negative about the chicken pie, a lot of these reviews stated that they rememberit being excellent back in the day, but it seems that is no longer the case! To the management of Willow Tree If this is true you need to try harder, there is no reason a chicken pot pie should be all gravy and very little substance of chicken and vegetables
Just ordered potatoes & pot roast from Willow Tree today. Absolutely delicious! If you haven’t tried some of the prepared dinners here, it’s worth the trip. Excellent family business!
Willow Tree Farms is my favorite brand of chicken salad - no other brand comes close. I always buy it from Shaws, and I have great memories of eating it growing up. This is the first time I went to the store, and what an idea that was! Firstly, it smells delicious outside, and there is enough parking.
They have lots of drinks and snacks, a hot food section, and all the food salads. They even have ice cream! Their chicken salad is cheaper here than it is at grocery stores, and they even have a massive tub size that I haven’t seen elsewhere.
Not only is their chicken awesome but this is literally the best pot roast, potatoes and carrots I’ve ever had. DELICIOUS!! Fall apart tender and juicy! Amazing!
Another pot pie with gross chicken in it! Not worth it anymore.
I'm tired of getting gross stuff in my pot pies. The product has gone down hill significantly. Not worth it anymore.
Can't post a picture for some reason.
I recently purchased a frozen chicken pot pie at a local grocery store in Marblehead, Massachusetts. The crust would not brown no matter how long I baked it until I broiled it. It tasted like pasteboard. the contents were watery with very little of anything in there.
The worst chicken pot pie I've ever eaten. Stay away!
I really like the taste of the cranberry walnut chicken salad and I buy it on a regular basis through Walmart. Unfortunately the expiration dates on this product at Massachusetts Walmarts like local Walpole and Northborough recently have been either expired or expiring within 10 days and I would like to know if this is normal. Thank you.
Large chicken pie mostly gravy and tiny chicken cubes. Used to be hunks of chicken. Never never will I buy again.

I’ve been eating the chicken pot pies for decades, they use to be full of large pieces of chicken meat but my last 3 or 4 pies were little small tiny pieces of chicken. I’ll never buy another one.
Had a hankering for chicken pie, bought my favorite brand Willowtree. What a disappointment...you've heard the saying where's the beef, how about WHERES THE CHICKEN.The sauce was watery, no flavor. Sadly, won't be buying it again
Illegal people work at this point no chicken for the 1999 has no Hormones so lies
Had the absolute best chicken pie 30 plus years ago….now, minimal chicken in the pie and the quality of chicken sucks !!!! Used to be big pieces of white meat and now scraps….I’d rather pay $19.99 for a pie that had quality and quantity, rather than than the $11.99 that sucks….we want quality chicken !!!! We will pay more !!!!! You look in the freezer and the pies don’t move….charge us more but give us the quality and quantity that made you a leader many years ago…it’s shameful !!!! Have some pride !!!!!
After years of getting strange batches of chicken salad at times I decided to look at their meat quality. Turns out they don’t even use cage free chickens, which if you know anything about chicken farming is the BARE MINIMUM of humane treatment when raising meat. If a farmer is willing to raise caged chickens you can guarantee he does not care about quality, just profits. You can taste & see the difference when an animal lives a healthy life versus an abusive one. I make sure I tell everyone when they say the like Willow tree! So disturbing.
