I love willow tree classic chicken salad and use it often as a protein source in my weight loss journey. it's fantastic. today however I ordered it with my delivered groceries from wal mart. I was so along forward to it but when i opened it ot seemed as though it had been frozen at some paoit... was a liquidish mess and smelled bad. I was so disappointed and left hungry. I will buy it again because it is so darn goodç

Pie had dried up pieces of chicken and watery gravy. Won't be buying any more of your chicken pies. PS...they use to be delicious! Not sure what happened....gross!

Will never buy your products again. Like everyone else, more money for less. Your pie used to have huge chunks of chicken that would shred apart as you took it out. Now it looks like dog food, all gravy with little pieces of popcorn chicken mixed in. What a disappointing meal. Inflation raises costs, so if it cost more to make it and you charge more, it should be exactly the same as it used to be. I would be embarrassed selling a product like that. Never again, I will make my own so I can enjoy what chicken pot pie should be. You should put those in the dog food isle

I am so disappointed with your chicken pie. Lack of chicken makes this a pie something that is a waste of money, and not buy again.. after giving your pie many opportunities to fix this issue. This time I only found the pie with vegetables…. 5 pieces of chicken wouldn’t feed my 3yo granddaughter and myself.. much more crust, gravy and soggy vegetables…. I have been eating your pie for 40 or so years growing up in the Attleboro area.….after 2 years buying this pie without chicken it is no longer acceptable…. Lost consumer…

I love Willow Tree's chicken salad! And their Attleboro location has far more options than just that!

Their 15 oz. cups of chicken salad has exceeded $10. Wal Mart, Shaw's to name a couple. Pre Covid it was always $4.99 a cup at Market Basket. Price doubling over that period of time? Chicken prices have not shot up. Can't understand the 100% price increase. Needless to say I will be making my own going forward. Also I believe the recipe formulation has changed. :(

Unfortunately it's closed on Sunday and Monday but boy you can smell that chicken cooking in the air

First time last time customer. There salads (chicken, beet&onion, and most others are loaded with high fructose corn syrup and preservatives) more interested in making their product sit on shelves for weeks than giving the neighborhood a healthy hometown choice.

Don't bother with the Willow Tree Chicken Pot Soup! The quality of the pies have gone way down over the years. There used to be actual pieces of chicken in there now there's actually scraps of chicken mostly gravy topped with crust overpriced waste of money.

The classic chicken salad gets an 'A' plus.

Reading these reviews, I think people are schizophrenic and weird… I don’t want to see your finger in a pot pie?

Very disappointed with this chicken pot pie. The crust was tasteless…the content inside like a flat tire nothing to come back to. Really did expect better.

I've never had a problem with the deli or purchasing fresh food or meals from the store. The food is always fresh and tasty. I particularly enjoy their potato salad.I won't buy their chicken pies, however. After having eaten a few over the last couple of years, I've noticed that they tend to lack chicken. They taste good, but not much chicken, which I would assume is a key ingredient to chicken pie.
