My family and I ordered take out from the auburn 99(6/4/25). We got 3 meals, and unfortunately there was one thing missing from each meal. When we called to let them know, the 2 ladies who helped us were great. Megan answered the phone and was very polite and quick to get the manager on duty. Juliana was the evening MOD and went above and beyond to make up for this mistake. Her customer service is why we keep coming back to this restaurant. Thank you so much!
This is my favorite mid-tier restaurant. For the mid range chain places it's tough to beat the quality. If you aren't dead set on a steak house then 99 is almost always the right choice if going medium chain restaurant
I was at the bar Shirin Was a very helping hand. She was helping take back dishes from the bar and bring their food with a smile on her face ! She is a good team player ! And how everyone should be at a restaurant
