It is truly a shame to see what KFC has deteriorated into. During my recent visit, a group of teenage employees was completely preoccupied with joking around and laughing in the kitchen, entirely ignoring the line of customers standing at the counter waiting simply to place an order. Basic customer service has been completely abandoned. i came in and someone gave me a free drink and made sure i got all my special instructions on my order correct and food was great wait was only about 2 minutes
They need more personal for night shift, the employee was nice but was clearly struggling because of the short staffing.
